I am so tired of this place, I decided to give it another go and that was a mistake. I placed an order for 5:15. Checked in right at 5:15pm, there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and one other parked car.At 5:40 my food was finally brought out. The clerk was very kind and apologized profusely for the delay.I was over waiting so I just went home, I should've checked the bag. We were missing 2 tater tots, a fry and my drink was wrong....I know this is a high stress job, but you all have to do better if this is the job you pick.

I ordered food around 11pm. I ordered two crispy chickens and 2 kids meal (chicken tenders). One of the burgers was good, but the other one the bread felt old. The chicken was slimy and felt old as well. I couldn't eat more than half because to be honest it kinda grossed me out. My kids chicken tenders seemed old too. Personally, my apologies to the owner, but your employees sold me old food. Not going back to it.

Awesome discounts during their happy rime hours from 2-5pm. Slushes are yummy!! The only real negative is that drive-in spaces aren't very big, and when this place is busy, expect to wait!!

Ordered through mobile app 9:42pm Received wrong order at 10:03 pm. Received corrected order at 10:15pm. Lower service than in the past only 4 other cars at the drive in spots with one of them also waiting long time for mobile order. I don’t believe I will be coming back after this experience. Thank you for the years of business but I can’t wait 30 minutes for a hotdog and a drink. EDIT : after following the owner response I was offered“Thank you for contacting Sonic Drive-In. We do apologize for the long wait, the incorrect orders, and the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We aim to compensate for any inconvenience and unsatisfactory experience at the store by offering a free Route 44 drink or slush with your next purchase.”I will not be accepting this as it will result in another 30 minutes of wasted time waiting.

Only reason I am leaving this review is because I didn't get food and they took about 20 minutes before I just left without getting food. Mind you, I ordered over app and should have been ready at 7:33 pm 3/4/24. I left around 8:05 pm. This spot is usually ok but tonight, they were not good.

Ordered a milkshake online. First, I pulled into stall #7, which the app did not recognize. I had to pull into a stall right in front of the door for it to register it in the app. I didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered to the car. The cup is so flimsy that unless you hold it by the bottom of the cup, the whole top pops off. I held the cup to put it in my cup holder and the lid popped off. The whole top of the milkshake fell off and ended up between my seat and console. Definitely a bigger mess than the 3 napkins they give you can clean up. It took 10 mins to drink what was left of the shake and 30 mins to clean up my car. Not fun at all.

We went to the one in Columbus, GA, for a treat on Valentine's Day, and our food was spot on and absolutely correct. The server was pleasant and wished us a happy Vakentine's Day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.The food came out quick, done, and correct with a smile and pleasant greeting!Great job all around. Hope to get back soon!!
