The ladies working on January 4th around 6pm were the absolute sweetest! I came in with my daughter and her friend, both military soldiers. It was their last meal before going back to Fort Moore. The ladies gave wonderful customer service and the food was delicious. Their meals arrived with cute American flag pics and they were thanked for their service. Great patriotic southern hospitality.

The Food Was so good I hate I only got one order. Alot of picks to choose from with the ice cream and food it was also good. Nice service and the place was clean. I will most definitely be back again and again.
Remember in Pulp Fiction when a $5 milk shake was laughable? Well you can expect overpriced milkshakes with treats you can find at the gas station. I'm already drinking a milk shake, to have pinwheels, drumsticks & a whole rice crispy square ontop, is OVERKILL. I see why it's so popular, this must be where southerners get diabetes?

Everybody was super sweet and I think it’s cool that they hire short people since it sorta gives a, “Umplaloompa” vibe to the whole place.Great place to take people from out of town. My personal favorite is the pistol Pete.Shout out to the cute red head who works there and didn’t judge me basically eat a weeks worth of calories in one sitting.Fun place with lots heart. Can’t wait to disappoint my diet again.10/10

I frequent the Crawford location, so I decided to give the Broadway location a try. Absolutely horrible customer service! It started when I asked what bread options came with the chicken salad sandwich. I was told they didn’t have bread. So, you’re out of that item? No, you can have it on Texas toast. I’m sorry I don’t want Texas toast. After several eye rolls and smart remarks from the cashier, I was given the option of white, croissant or Texas toast. I was floored by the sarcasm and lack of customer service from this cashier. Is this location not owned by the same owner as the Crawford location?I love the folks there, but recently purchased a condo Uptown. It’s not realistic to drive all the way to Crawford for a chicken salad sandwich, so I’ve been exploring the restaurants near me.I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but that is not a reason to disrespect others. She chose to work at a job dealing with direct customer contact, try a little harder to make sure that the customer has an enjoyable experience. Uptown Columbus is not Crawford, there are plenty of other places to get a sandwich. I was just trying to go to a place that I was familiar with, but I now know that the service is not the same at this location.This occurred around 5:00 on September 17th. If this was a unique experience based on the interaction with one employee, I would suggest training that employee before other people find a new place to eat as well.

The environment and employees were welcoming..my shake was awesomeee! Forgot the name but it was chocolate and peanut butter. Ordered the Chuck Wagon(scramble dog) to go, which was huge, so I'll order the smaller version next time but it taste great! One of the staff even cleaned my souvenir glass out for me before I left. It was a great 1st experience ?
