This is the cleanest and BEST Starbucks in all of Columbus GA. The Manager Mr. Michael is always there to make your day great and help you with anything you may need! His staff is excellent and they always make your day better! Excellent service always!

I will go out of my way to visit this location because of the service! If you're looking to be greeted with smiles, easy to talk to baristas if you have a million questions every season like me then this is your place to go!! I will always recommend Starbucks but this location is my favorite 💖

Multiple orders have been wrong from this location, most recently a big piece of something black was floating at the bottom of my green tea. Some of the staff is polite, some are not polite at all.

I walked up to the counter to place my order. I was the only one in the store at the time. The cashier he never speak or look up to greet me. There was a girl standing next to him making a drink she did speak. After standing there for about 5 minutes another customer and her friend walks in that stands behind me for a couple of minutes then she walks to the other side of me. That's when he finally look up then he asks if he could take our order. The other customer starts ordering and I interrupted and stated I've been standing here all this time and he never looked up. He was going to let her order before me if I hadn't spoken up. She then apologized in which I felt that that was not her responsibility. And he never apologized. I went in the day before the cashier was very courteous and polite.

Asked for a venti drink with light ice and another tall drink. The venti wasn't even filled half of the way with liquid, and my tall drink was almost completely full with ice. Spent $15 on not even half a drink and a cup full of ice.

When me and my friends walked up to the cashier counter to order our food, one of the baristas was really mean and didn’t care about the customers. She had a bad attitude and we were really not pleased with all the hate.
