Starbucks Coffee Company

This used to be an awesome location, but sadly, it seems like that is no longer true. I visited this location during the morning on a Wednesday, ordered in store, and waited more than 15 minutes for 2 espresso drinks, neither of which were customized. Staff were abrupt, even rude in some cases. Nobody greeted anyone when they walked in or thanked them when they left. Employee was handling garbage and food without washing their hands in between. An employee argued with me when I asked if I could have a stopper for my hot beverage (stoppers were on the counter, semi within reach of customers), but I don’t like to reach across a counter without checking if it’s ok with the staff first.

The patio at this location used to be my favorite part, along with the previously friendly and welcoming crew, but now, the patio is used as storage for milk crates filled with garbage and the crew is rude and standoffish. When I am back in town, this will not be my Starbucks stop any longer.

I go here all the time but decided to order it delivered since it was a Saturday. Sad to see that I got the wrong item. I received pumpkin bread instead of banana but no one notified of the change. That’s a lot of money to spend on something I won’t eat.

I just went through the drive thru at 2:27 pm on today 2/6/26 and the lady at the window was extremely rude which is very shocking for this location. She didnt greet me nor thank me when I left. I even told her to have a good day only to be met with a rude stare. It was such a rude and distasteful experience I will never come back to this location. Customer service goes a long way! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family that also go to this location to stop! Do better Starbucks I never write reviews but it was THAT BAD!

Ms. Makayla (hands down) has such an outstanding customer service and the crew Thank You All So Much for such an exceptional experience! The croissants and Pull-A-Part was fresh, hot as presented and not flat 😌☺️

I ordered on the app and when I got there my coffee and egg bites were ready, but my coffee cake was not. I asked the guy working the to go orders if it was coming. And he just whispered, yes, I had to ask him twice, because I couldn't hear him. He was a young black guy with piercings. He continued to give me the side eye while I waited another 15 minutes. And noticed that no one was making the cake.So then I proceeded to ask the lady at the register and then she finally got someone to make the cake for me. The service here is really rude and they will ignore you.

The atmosphere is very nice. Plenty of outdoor covered seating as well. Welcomed by the smell of warm coffee!
