1) STARBUCKS DOESN'T SELL FRESHLY MADE FOOD PRODUCTS..THEY SELL FROZEN PREMADE FOOD ITEMS THAT ARE INFERIOR IN QUALITY AND TASTE.
2) SERVICE STANDARDS ARE POOR A LACK EFFICIENCY & SPEED CREATES LONG LINES, LONG WAITS & UNABLE TO MEET THE DEMANDS A BUSY COMPANY NEEDS.
3) THEY ARE ALSO OUT OF MOST FOOD ITEMS BY 12 NOON WHICH IS SUB PAR FOR ANY RESTAURANT TO MEET THE PUBLIC DEMAND FROM THE MILLIONS THIS CO. MAKES YEARLY. THIS INCLUDES DRINKS AS WELL.

I dont usually do this, but the last few times ive been there my coffee has been burnt and just very bitter tasting. Today I did a pick up order and waited on it which is fine I understand being busy- and I should've tasted my coffee before I left.. its just bitter and gross. One of the employees was nice the guy running the drive through. But the person who made my coffee didnt call any names out when they set orders on the counter and didnt speak at all. I know its the start of the holidays but I hope others have had better coffee than I have

I’ve been here multiple times and there’s maybe only one guy that actually makes the drinks correctly, they charge for the additional things for the drinks but don’t actually put them in your beverage. Horrible. Rude customer service.

I don't really go to Starbucks because I think they're too expensive. I usually make my coffee at home but my coffee maker was malfunctioning. Customer service was good but like I said $8 for 2 cups of black coffee is too much.
