I absolutely adore Corey and only go to this location when I know he is there. His positive personality really puts a pep in my step on harder days, and I can tell when he makes my drink because he knows what he's doing.

Not a very good place to start your morning. Not friendly and disinterested in customer service. The guy who helped us stood there with one hand in his pocket, never smiled and seemed annoyed we were even in there. Also, on a previous trip they closed at 9am in the morning and had four people inside with a hand-made sign saying closed with no indication as to when they might re-open.

We stopped by on 1/11/25 to redeem our Christmas gift cards. We ordered a pumpkin loaf, caramel frappe, Iced green tea latte with two pumps vanilla and Iced Dubai chocolate green tea latte (basically the foam is chocolate) LOL! We got the boys their cake pops as well. This place gets busy. We had comfortable seating thankfully. Employees are always happy to serve with a smile. 😃

The worst Venti Hot White Chocolate Mocha that I have ever had, and trust me, I have had several, so I know what to expect. Super disappointed in the taste and the significantly long wait in the drive thru. Coffee had no sweet taste and had more of a watery taste. Wish I could have went back around the drive thru, but we have places to be. Couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Also, had to request a sleeve for the coffee. Not sure what’s up with this location.

The guys in here were so enthusiastic and nice to us when we stopped on our road trip to use the bathroom and get a coffee, it tastes great and bathrooms were clean. One man was so friendly to us even tho he wasn't serving us he engaged in conversation and just seemed so happy, great vibes? fast service

Hard workers but way under staffed.

At the management level and up, they are failing to notice or just neglect the workload.

Not the first time I’ve noticed this, management team and their higher ups need to see how busy they are and give them the support they need. I am sure their store lead has already expressed his thoughts. This is coming from a customer point of view.

The only thing that’s keeping this business afloat is their coffee and food. When your employees don’t care about the standard and sanitary conditions is the management lack of appreciation and inspiration.
Clean this place up! Y’all are a multi billion dollar company, y’all can hire someone independently to clean professionally this place from walls (what is that on y’all’s wall that looks like honey) to floors to windows to baths and have ur staff keep up with maintenance.

Here is the proof of how you have let your business go down in standard.

Take responsibility, ur staff is making y’all millions while this place is slowing become a gas station. Y’all are better than this, we pay good money for our coffee… I think we all agree that if we will spend and give y’all our business we deserve better.
