I come to this Starbucks faithfully almost every other day. Everyone there is super nice and pretty much know my name and my order. But I think tonight may have been the last straw for me. My drink always seem not to have enough coffee in my ice coffee or enough of the extra syrup when I request extra pumps. There has been times that I’ve spoken up about my drink not meeting my satisfactory. But my whole point is that I spend too much money every other day on my drink for it to not come out right. But then again, they do have new employees and probably don’t know the right quantity to put in my drink. But I still like all the regular employees just really frustrated about the drink not meeting my expectations

No one bothered to acknowledge me as I waited at the counter, no one smiled, not sure what the stuff that was supposed to be whipped cream was, customers had to keep asking for straws as drinks were tossed on the counter. This used to be my favorite Starbucks in Columbus but guess it won’t be anymore. Customer service was so much better before the renovation.

Pulled into the drive thru this morning and it honestly felt like ordering a Venti hot coffee with cream and sugar was an interrogation. How many, how many, how many. IDK aren't you the batista? Myself and a friend stopped by for a drink and studied
Ordered 2 hot Grande Carmal Macchiato's today for me and my wife. Paid close to 12 dollars, told the lady at the drive thru to keep the change. It was more cool than hot, not quite luke warm, not hot at all as I drove down the road. So, thought I would just call them to complain a little bit, no one answers after numorous attempts and recordings saying no chance for talking to anyone, no space to leave a message. Drove an hour to get home with cold coffe after paying nearly 12 bucks, 12 bucks with the tip I gave them. Put them in the microwave at home so we could enjoy the 12.00 coffee's grrrrr.

Went to this Starbucks awhile ago and ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew with 7 pumps of macadamia. There was absolutely no macadamia in it whatsoever. All I could taste was straight up cold brew. It was horrible, worst coffee I've ever had and I go to this place ever single day. I am extremely pissed!! ?

Im so happy this starbucks opened back up. This is seriously the best Starbucks in Columbus. The baristas are always on top of everything and are quick and efficient ! My drinks always come out amazing and fresh. I'm always greeted at the front door too.
Dietary restrictions: I was on keto and they offer vanilla sugar free syrup for your coffee! Life saver!
