We mostly do pick up orders from this location on the weekends.Service is hit & miss, as is the quality of the drinks. We've had great experiences here, and some not so great experiences, too. It's never the cleanest Starbucks, but it is usually pretty quiet inside.The last time we ordered from this location, part of our order was ready wayyy ahead of the other part - so my partner's drink sat there getting cold while mine hadn't even been started yet. I know this because, when I came to pick up at the appointed time, I had to stand and wait. Unfortunately, both of our drinks had that old/burnt coffee taste - and mine was missing several of the customized elements. (The staff were complaining about being short-handed, so that probably explains what was going on. No hard feelings.)Parking is a little tight - there's some conflict between the primary entry point and the drive-thru exit, and it's even worse when the drive-thru line is backed up and wrapped around the building.Overall, Starbucks is the only decent coffee option on this side of town and it's predictable and convenient, so we'll certainly continue to frequent this location.

Quick service 99% of the time. Like most Starbucks, these days the parking lot is small, traffic can be heavy at times, and the drink time can be lengthy depending on the time of day you go. Prices are on the high end, so I usually only go during their discount days/hours.

This has to be the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been in. There were 5 cars in front of us and we were still in and out in NO TIME.We also had a rather large order, two drinks and 4 food items. The gentleman taking our order was so patient and kind. The customer service here was top tier.

I love the old Starbucks. I was going to report but I don’t see anywhere where I can report an employee.Recently, like the past 5 times I have ordered on mobile app, they take 20 min to make. Usually they only take about 5-10 min.Also today, this black woman was being rude. I had an empty cup of trash and I asked her if she could throw it away, and she said “no.” And slammed the window.Later that night, I learned I was not supposed to ask them for trash, apparently it is the rule of drive thru that I didn’t know. But the fact that the woman slammed the window and gave me a look embarrassed me. I don’t think I want to spend money on Starbucks anymore.
