My daughter and I have loved going to this location for years now! The baristas are always welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We never have to wait long for our orders, and the orders are always top notch. The seating area and restrooms are clean as a whistle, and the music is present without being too loud. The fact that an employee (at the time was trying to be professional, yet, turned out to be sarcastic because I was a newbie to the area) was trying too hard to serve customers, the manager came right in and said, \\\"Welcome to Starbucks,\\\" she looked at him and completely changed her service! The refresher was so delicious, strawberry acái (that is)...I am Not a mocha drinking individual BUT PLEASE GET A Vanilla Chi, OMG? Guys, that is Soooo Got Dang Freaking DELICIOUS (that you manager for the sample)!

It was a little busy while kids were getting out of school, but the staff kept the drinks flowing. They have many great dairy free options. I prefer oatmilk and my drink was delicious.

I’ve been to Veterans Parkway twice this week, at different times of the day. Both times it took me 25 minutes to get through the drive-through. I won’t be going back to this location again.

Some of the times I would come in the lady would be very rude and be like I can’t hear you and when I would tell them what I wanted they would get my order completely wrong and so most times that’s why I have my husband come in with me because seems like they will listen to him and be super nice with him rather than me! I love Starbucks so much but this location is really starting to get me not to want to go to this one no more.
I come to the Starbucks almost every day for the same drink that is not supposed to be made with ice in the first place because it’s just milk with syrup added, and now they are starting to give me a hard time and only wanting to fill my cup up 3/4 of the way even though I’m paying the same price. I spoke with one of the managers one day and she told me that all I had to do was just request that they top it off, but yet the girl today Was a jerk about it and refused to fill the cup up. Definitely recommend Panera or Chick-fil-A over this place… Both of them will always make the customer happy.
