Great customer service experience. There was a miscommunication about my payment. I tried to scan my rewards but scanned my Starbucks account and rewards. I need a refund, and to use a separate card. They refunded me, and just told me not to worry about the recharge. Thanks! I appreciate the drink! It was also delicious.

I stood there to pick up a to go order for 5,6,7 minutes. Three orders were added to the pickup area and neither time did anyone ask if I needed help. I finally asked for help, the guy started to help, left me, then I had to ask him for help again. SMHNow don't send me some "canned" reply like you did the others. If you can't figure out by now what you need to do to fix this, then close up shop and let another coffee shop occupy that prime retail spot.

They are rude and ALWAYS out of cool whip and the rewards scan has been broken for weeks !!!! Come on Starbucks do better!
Shorty with the goth look is extremely rude and witchy just go across the street they never disappoint!
I forgot how much I dislike this particular Starbucks or I would have drove past this exit to another one….. in saying this, the best part of this location is the outside patio. The inside seems bare and lacking a typical Starbucks feeling, and I got zero acknowledgement from staff both when I entered, and as I stood at the counter for several minutes. Luckily the coffees I purchased all tasted good because the employees weren’t the friendliest.

Lady that rang up my drink very rude and wanted to argue with me about my drink. I asked for a Trenta she rang up a venti. I told her can i pay the difference because i asked for a Trenta! She said no and that id have to buy another drink if i wanted a trenta. This is my first time experiencing rude customer service at a Starbucks (The one in target)

I come to the Starbucks almost every day for the same drink that is not supposed to be made with ice in the first place because it’s just milk with syrup added, and now they are starting to give me a hard time and only wanting to fill my cup up 3/4 of the way even though I’m paying the same price. I spoke with one of the managers one day and she told me that all I had to do was just request that they top it off, but yet the girl today Was a jerk about it and refused to fill the cup up. Definitely recommend Panera or Chick-fil-A over this place… Both of them will always make the customer happy.
