I generally always have a good experience getting a drink from this location, but today was stellar. The staff were extremely kind and took my order. I had a water tumbler in my hand that was almost empty. I had planned to go get water from the fountain. Its over 100 with the humidity today. Without any request, they immediately offered to fill it up for me. I didnt want to ask since they had a line. Not only was that extremely kind and helpful, they put ice in it as well. It was a simple extra step for them to do that for me. It was so hot today so the ice water was a huge help while walking and shopping the plaza.

If you’re thinking “let me grab coffee on my way to work etc…” add 20-30min to your time. Come at the wrong time and you can literally sit in this drive thru line for 20-30min. As I have done a few times. Do a pick up? Sure! Not all the time will your order be ready. Oh and let’s not forget parking. Park in the wrong area and good luck getting out with a non moving drive thru line.You’re literally forced to park at Bonefish next door just to assure you’ll be able to get in and out of the parking lot. But add time to walk.It’s not the staff they are the best. Its the lack of_____. You would hope that the owners would try to come up with a better solution. If Chick-fil-A can come up with a system to make their drive thru efficient so can you. This is one of the busiest Starbucks let’s come up with a better solution on how to expedite drink orders and push this drive thru faster.

I always order pickup beforehand often because this location is across the street from my job. This location is the worst one, every time I order ahead it’s never ready in time & I end up having to STILL wait 10 more minutes for my order! Today I placed my order at 9:40 am and my pickup was scheduled for 10:01 am, I arrived at 10:03 am & my order was still not ready, 10:06 am I just asked them to cancel it, my food apparently was ready way before my coffee was because the food was cold! Yet, I was still waiting on my coffee! This is ridiculous! It’s sad that if I expect my order to be ready within a reasonable time I would have to go to the Bradley Park location. Unbelievable!

Excellent selection of products-this Starbucks has more food items than the “regular” Starbucks. However they do not participate with Starbucks rewards like the standalone Starbucks stores do. Fast service.

When in Barnes and Noble get yourself a cookie or coffee. Most purchases will give you coupons for a cookie. Pretty worth it.

I come to the Starbucks almost every day for the same drink that is not supposed to be made with ice in the first place because it’s just milk with syrup added, and now they are starting to give me a hard time and only wanting to fill my cup up 3/4 of the way even though I’m paying the same price. I spoke with one of the managers one day and she told me that all I had to do was just request that they top it off, but yet the girl today Was a jerk about it and refused to fill the cup up. Definitely recommend Panera or Chick-fil-A over this place… Both of them will always make the customer happy.
