A great cup of coffee. I like the Tesla chargers in the parking lot, that’s convenient. The new menu restyle isn’t my favorite. It does not disclose the name of the sizes nor the prices. It’s annoying. I know that is a corporate decision and no fault locally.

I feel as if I wasn’t treated as a customer and got poor service. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a Large strawberry refresher. When I got to the window and received my order the guy at the window told me if you want a large you got to say venti. I interpret this as you knew what I was saying but you still decided to give me what you decided. This is poor and careless.

Pretty nice looking newer location. Barista’s seemed very inexperienced, were not well educated on Products and Services. Might go to a different location next time.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to in Columbus, but lately the quality isn’t as good. I get the same thing almost every day, and it’s almost never right anymore. I really do like the employees because they are always friendly, but i’ve seen a lot of new faces and i’m hoping they can get it together. Today I waited almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee. The drive thru line has been slower as well.

Not my favorite place but not because of my local store. I think Starbucks no longer serves my needs. Not as cozy as I prefer and the coffee just is not as worth the price anyway.

I’m new to the area and this was the first Starbucks I visited since being here. My boyfriend and I decided to grab some breakfast. I understand that in the service industry we must have patience which we both had. However, it took about 15 minutes for the ham & swiss croissant to make it to the counter. When I finally received my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino it had whipped cream in it so they had to remake it which I understand things happen. So after we received both Frappuccino beverages, I was still waiting for my Impossible Breakfast Sandwich when I was eventually told that they were sold out of them. My boyfriend was pretty upset but we got a refund for the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and decided to leave. 👎
