This has always been my go too store never had an problem with anyone everyone is always smiling and joyful but today was not the day the supervisor that goes by the name Bree I think was very unprofessional I always order a cold brew and I just add the flavor syrup to it when I was placing my order I asked for a gingerbread cold brew and she tells me that they don’t make those I said ma’am I understand that it’s not a drink that’s on the menu, but I always order a cold brew and just add whatever syrup I like as I was trying to tell her the way I gets it she tells me she not gonna make my drink and walked away as I was trying to get her attention she ignored me and and started to help another customer I asked her who was the supervisor on duty she said she was the supervisor at that time so I asked her who was the manager she proceeded to point to the cards and she knew that it was gonna call the store I asked her what time was her manager was gonna be in she tells me she don’t know, but she still did not take my order, but I end up placing my order through the app and I still received my coffee, but that was unprofessional, and she did not wanna to make the drink or she couldn’t make the drink. All she had to do was ask another worker would they be comfortable with making my drink? I’m a supervising myself and I understand. Dealing with customers it is a lot but all I asked was something that I always come in there asked for.

Some friends were in town visiting for my graduation, so we decided to grab coffee and catch up because we wanted the sugar cookie seasonal coffee. The three of us walked in, went to the register, and waited. There was no line, but the staff were laughing and taking. The cashier (Destiny) looked at us, ignored us, and began counting her register. We continue standing in front of the register, then we’re finally asked if we want to order. We order the sugar cookie coffee and informed they don’t have the syrup for coffee we drove across town for. No empathy, just dry poor service. We order, no thank you, no have a good day. The barista that prepared the items were better. I’ll likely go to a different Starbucks after this experience.

The layout is comfy, and the seating options are nice. Had there been customer service, it would have been a nice ambiance and an enjoyable experience.

Awful place for Tesla chargers. Takes up half the parking.
Ordered hot chocolate, not their specialty. It was a weak chocolate flavor, peppermint that i paid extra for did not taste like peppermint was added.
Made wrong order. Had to get remade.
Everyone on computers took up all the seating, no room for quick customers.

The atmosphere is excellent. It’s relatively quiet, perfect for studying, the smell of coffee is refreshing, the music is calming, it’s clean, and there’s outdoor seating. The staff helped me pick a drink (iced caramel brûlée latte is amazing) and were very patient. The drinks came out quickly and I would definitely visit again just to study.

Had a mango dragon fruit refresher, as we got to the speaker my morning sickness kicked in and the team member heard and made sure i was okay, when we made our way to the window they gave me my drink for free. I assume they thought I was sick but no just pregnant lol but the gesture is very appreciated definitely made mine n baby’s day !

First, the young lady who took our order got it wrong. The guy at the window was friendly when we tols him the order qas wrong. The second young lady brung us our drinks and was very rude. We said thank you, no smile, nothing. Handed us the drinks, turned around and walked off.

I must admit that I have grown to dislike Starbucks intensely, yet I still make occasional purchases while traveling. However, I strongly object to the tipping machine they have installed, as I believe it is unjustified considering the high prices they charge and the fact that their employees are already remunerated. I find it embarrassing that customers are expected to provide additional compensation through this machine, often feeling coerced into doing so. It seems that the underlying motivation is to extract more money from customers, reflecting a broader societal obsession with financial gain.
