Steak-Out Charbroiled Delivery

The chaulk board menu on entry let me know right away this Chef has total control of the kitchen, plus the smell of the food had me wanting to order everything. Pork chops, garlic mashed potatoes and salad fed my soul properly, I was very satisfied with the service, pricing and overall full belly. Don't miss out, Steakout!!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied with my order. My steak arrived almost blue. I ordered it medium. My door dash guy kept my updated the entire time. I am in disbelief.

Have lived in Columbus for quite some time and went to Steak Out for the first time today. I can only speak to my experience.

Dined in. Service was very pleasant. Sweet lady took my order and Brought it to the table for me. Ordered a 12 oz Ribeye with Vegetable Kabobs, Baked Potato and a Side Salad. Everything was solid. Steak was cooked medium like I like it and had flavor. No complaints. I hope to have the same consistency the next time I decide to go.

I had the ribeye twice, and the meat was terminated perfectly as ordered. Salad was fresh, and the baked potato was exactly as expected. This last time I chose a loaded baked potato, which was an extra charge of $3.49 and was just the baked potato with 2 little 2oz containers with bacon bits and cheese, a couple of tablespoons of butter and a squeeze packet of sour cream. The upcharge has left me with buyer's remorse. I would eat there again, but I will not be paying $3.49 for the loaded potato.

It’s been a long time since I ordered from here & told my kids how good it was. Boy have they gone down hill! One meal was completely left off of our order, when we called to get it they wouldn’t deliver it even though I was willing to pay for their incompetence! In hindsight I’m glad because the food was terrible! The best part was the cheap grocery store roll. They started giving packs of A1 but I still only ate half my hamburger steak & my son who’s order never even arrived didn’t even want it. We will never order from here again! The food is just gross!

This order was ridiculous I ordered the hamburger steak well done , baked potatoe,a side salad and large sweet tea. My salad was turning brown my hamburger steak very salty and the potato wasn't done and I paid 24 plus a 5 dollar tip and I called to complain and only thing they offer was another baked potato will never come here and I don't recommend and this is the first time i have also had a friend complain about them as well!

Ordered the chopped steak meal and it was so good! And I got a free drink because it's Monday. The employees Asia, Jade, and Alex have excellent customer service and are so friendly and helpful. Will be ordering again soon.

The steak tip dinner is delicious and fulfilling, and the Spirit and energy that radiates from Jade is more than worth than the lackluster 5star rating and I promote at least a perfect 10...!!! ??,???

I HIGHLY recommend the steak “tips” entree! This is a sirloin already cut into perfect bite-sized, ready-to-eat, mouthwatering pieces for you… which is a GENIUS idea! I love it paired with one of their big ole moist buttered up baked potatoes, the oh-so-yummy yeast roll dipped in honey butter and that PERFECTLY sized crunchy side salad with fresh greens and my choice of their array of southern quality dressings I like to switch up ? My mouth is literally watering writing this ? I know the steakhouses are hard on the family pockets these days so for these reasons the family pack and the steak tips, HANDS DOWN ?The.Best. ?BIG Love & Love BIG???God bless, prosper & protect this place!
