Where do I even begin? I mean it’s Subway so I don’t have high expectations, I know that I’m going to get a below average sub at best but this location drops the ball even on those standards. I will occasionally place an order on the app while I’m on shift and 9/10 times something wrong with my sandwich, usually in the form of missing ingredients. The problem this time was improper portioning of the BLT I ordered, there’s supposed to be 8 pieces of bacon on it and I only got 4. Don’t waste your money on this location, if you want a sandwich while you’re downtown, go to literally anywhere else. The person working was nice, I’ve only ever seen one person in there at any given time so they’re SOL if a big rush comes through.

Placed online order on app. Employee called and said they were out of tuna , which is what I paid for . Informed employee to cancel my order and refund payment . Employee stated that the manager was not available to refund money but they would have it done the next morning . Never received my money nor my food . Manager stated it was nothing that they could do about it . 19.01 stolen smh ..do not order here

This location needs new management ASAP. The young lady manager that I assumed opened the store this morning needs to unlearn whatever attitude she seems to have stuck on her like a parasite. Also, y’all haven’t even been open for two hours and the lettuce was THAT disgusting and already turning brown in the cold bar? gross. Get better managers on your team.

Subway on Broadway please do better!!! The only reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is because of the wonderful, hardworking, single employee on duty when I came to the restaurant. His name is Trey Ch**pi*n!!! I came in to pick up an order for someone and when I walked in the store, he was busy doing duties since the store wasn't busy at the time. Most times employees are on their phones or just standing around talking or sitting down. He greeted me with a very welcoming demeanor and was extremely friendly and professional. The store has issues with running out of certain food items and he wasn't able to prepare the steak sub I was picking up I had to call her and she chose chicken as a substitute for her original order. The issue doesn't end there, the cookies she desired had to be substituted as well, but I believe that had something to do with the previous shift not having things baked and stocked for the next shift. He did everything properly to accommodate the customer that I was getting food for and was very mature in the awkward situation and I was overly appreciative of his attitude throughout the entire transaction. Great customer service and professionalism is rare these days, so to experience it must be mentioned on his behalf!!!! I've been here several times and encountered the lack of meats or vegetables I desire on my sub, so I'm hoping that you take care of this issue and thanks to Trey for and exceptional job done ??!!

Absolutely disgusting! The employee fixing sandwiches dropped the rack that’s used for toasting sandwiches on the floor. He picked it up, placed a customer’s sandwich on it and toasted it. I asked him not to toast mine, as I don’t want my food touching something that was just on the floor. The sandwich prep station obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the containers were horrible.I opened the cooler to get a drink and was hit in the face by a wave of heat and the smell of spoiled milk. I mentioned that I thought the cooler may be broken. He said, yeah we know. Okay, maybe put a sign on it and remove items that will spoil like milk and juice. This location really needs to do better!

Between last year and this year I have went into this subway trying to get lunch six different times.Every time the manager tells me they are out of something essential to make a sandwich ( lettuce, meat, bread) and I end up having to just walk out with out food. I really enjoy eating at subway but this one is horrible and needs to be avoided!

Unbelievably rude. 30 something black woman wearing managers tag with no name failed to greet me when I came in and actually never made eye contact the whole time I was in the store. Somehow also managed to be out of everything O asked for. Absolutely will not be back here again.

All the veggies were freezer burned. I think the temp is turned down way too low. Also there was an employee coughing there literal lungs out. They had like a bad smokers cough. She was open mouth coughing all in the back.. bless her but I threw my sandwich in the trash and left. the girls making the food were really nice though.

Subway has hit the lowest level that can be expected. They are a disaster. Employees argue loudly among themselves in front of customers. It's obvious that they don't like their job at all. It seems that your presence bothers them. The food looks like it was thrown there like garbage.
Something very similar had already happened to me at another Subway. It's difficult for the franchise to stay like this. I really didn't want to go in, but I was hungry and in a hurry and other businesses take too long. But now is the last time I eat at Subway. I swear to god.
Can’t rate anything except the fact we got here at 630 they close at 7 and dude sitting in front just chilling playing on his phone, with doors unlocked saying they closed. Lock the doors if your closed.
terrible. the manager is so unprofessional. how are you the manager but you don’t even do your job? you would think that when you hire somebody you would properly get trained right? not at this job. she hired my boyfriend then left him to close the store BY HIMSELF the few days he was there without any type of guidance. i had to tell him to ask her to make a list for him so he could close the store the right way because she would always come back and complain about something he didn’t do right. if you’re gonna complain about something not being done right by someone who’s NEW then train them the way they are supposed to be trained. who leaves a new person to close an entire store by themselves? everyone there has attitudes for no reason. seems like every day there was something wrong but there was not the proper guidance to correct it. hopefully they do better with the next person they hire.
