The worker was very nice but they only had white bread, they were out of onions, she told me the kids meal was like $4 and it ended up being $6.50, then they were out of bags, then half of the fountain drinks were out of syrup until their truck gets here on Tuesday. Mind you, today is Sunday. All the tables are filthy too. Horrible and I haven’t tried my sandwich yet. Hoping it’s ok.

Ok so I we shopping at Walmart on airport Thruway. I was a bit hungry, so I used the mobile app to order me a ft long cold cut from Subway. I went to the instore Subway to pick up my sandwich and they told me they were out of the cold cut and that I could pick any sandwich in its place. So, I picked the BMT. After tosting the bread they told me that they were out of lettuce because none was prepaired. So I politely asked for my money back and they told me that only the manager could give money back and they wasn't there. So I went along and asked for spinach instead. I really like lettuce on my sandwich. Anyway there was flys flying everywhere and the place was not clean at all. I tiped them by the way and really they didn't deserve it. My appetite was gone after all of that. What a waste for a $10 sandwich. Got to say hands down worst subway experience ever. Where do the get these people from to run this place. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. Should have just got some bologna and mad sandwiches.

On Wednesday June 4th 2025 me and my wife were ordering food at 1:35 pm. Our experience was very disappointing especially as a former manger of a subway. We stood there for at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged or having our order taken. The lady taking our order was very rude and snappy. She was argumentative with the costumer behind us as well. We are not sure what her name was as she did not have a name tag. Ms Diane checked us out, she was wonderful. But over all the experience was very discouraging. I was not even able to complete my order do to the other servers attitude.

Sunday Oct 26th. Went to this subway inside Walmart at 8:50pm. Google shows them closing at 9:30. They were already closed. The two women employees told me they close at 8. They never closed at 8 before.

Sorry service, ordered grilled chicken sub on March 25, 2024. Forgets to put my Provolone cheese on sub, plus sub was slapped together. Gets worse, the order was ready at 1131am, got there at 1145am my sub sandwich was not finished yet. There was only two people that day. I get better service at Manchester Expressway, they was closed that day. Airport Thruway, needs more employees to help out!!! Plus, the one employee that asked my name twice, was very rude. People like this should not be working at all, poor customer service skills.

The manager herself was working this store alone today. Despite the absence of coworkers, April was filling orders with no wasted motion, moving customers through the line in a marvel of efficiency. Her smile and pleasant manner were the icing on the cake. Keep April happy, Subway! She is a fantastic employee who is doing you proud in Columbus GA!

12-5-2021 10:45 ish Walked in no one was in-line we were excited lady at counter looked at us 2 different times and still would not walk over to help us or speak to us. It’s sad that we walked away feeling discriminated against there was no other reason to ignore us. We are in 2021 .. you work at a restaurant serving people. If your unhappy don’t work there!
