I ordered thru doordash a FOOT long sandwich and what I GOT was half of what I asked for. It's even on the receipt a long and they added jalapenos which I didn't ask for. Nope. Won't be ordering from this subway again.

I've been going to Subway for many years regularly. I just had the worst sandwich I've ever tasted at any subways. Not only was it the worst it was the most expensive by far I've ever spent on a sandwich.I will just go to a full service, waiter style restaurant that serves steak and seafood if I'm going to spend this much. No one else was in the subway as a customer the whole time I was there. I predict that many Subways will be closing down.

Worst Subway in Columbus. No communication, no urgency, rude, talking badly about customers in front of us.Took over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me when nobody else was in line while whoever the cashier was was joking around and carrying on a conversation when there were customers waiting. When they finally did, they took their time with everything. When my sandwich was done roasting, they left it to the side for at least 3 minutes before actually putting in behind the order they were doing before me. Meaning the man who was sitting down waiting for his order was waiting for his 2 sandwiches and a salad for at least 10 minutes and it wasn’t even close to done. At this point i’m annoyed, hangry, and I have to be at work in an hour and still have more adulting to do. Seeming at the cashiers behavior, she has to be a minor because I can’t believe they would hire an adult who acts like that. Then she tries to have a conversation with me 30 seconds after smack talking customers who had already left. I refuse to have a conversation and at this point just want my damn food. She gets snappy and we go back and forth. Her manager does absolutely nothing while her employee is acting a fool. Jamie is the managers name and this is ridiculous. The coworker refused to give her name but she was a bit taller, long nails, with puffs as her hairstyle. Once Jamie finally decided to step in, her employee wouldn’t stop and it was obvious Jamie didn’t care enough to take an authoritative action. If you hate your job, stay home. Waste of time. I walked out. Disgusting behavior. It’s my fault though, should’ve learned my lesson the last two times i came and they acted fools then. It’s not just one employee, it’s all of them. And the managers allow it. I’ll learn to not come here out of convience again.

I have been to this subway 2 days in a row, in person and then I ordered again on line! The sandwiches were delicious! Kemaria I want to thank you the consistency that you have is amazing! In person vs online was no difference! Each time the Sandwiches were spot on! Everything we asked for we got! I called up there just to ask who prepared our order just to thank them and let them know how great they were! She is most helpful friendly and very knowledgeable about everything! I will not go to any other subway in the city! 5556 Whittlesey is where it is at! Thank you Kemaria for your expertise on sandwich making!

Just left here for lunch. Where is the manager?!? The woman and man behind the counter have a terrible attitudes and are so busy with that they don’t listen to what you actually need on your sandwich. Subway, please do better. Time to replace these two.
