I walked in and was told that they weren’t making sandwiches for people in the lobby. They were only doing online orders, but I could get in line with the other 4 people waiting for them to finish all the online orders. That’s one heck of a business model.
I just left out of here (Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 5:20 pm) and I am more than upset w/what I saw in here today. There is a young man in here, and I can only assume he is new, he was making the order of the woman in front of me and maybe an online order, including my daughter's. He missed some items on one of the previous orders. The woman working w/him, Mesha or Nesha or something like that, begins to berate him right in front of the rest of us and does not let up. She was aggressively telling him how he missed all these items and he doesn't pay attention. I'm like what in the world. There is a time for that, not when you have a store of customers (there were 2 more waiting). That, to me, was more unprofessional than him missing some tomatoes on a sandwich. Then the customer in front of me, he starts to do her salad, she asks him to just put the turkey in her salad and she would cut it herself. He does, then the Mesha says, you don't want your meat cut. The customer replies that she didn't b/c he was tearing the meat instead of cutting it w/a knife in a very condescending way. I'm like, are you serious? The customer and Mesha then proceed to breate him further in front of him and the rest of us, saying she is going to close early once we leave. I was disgusted, I had to just leave out. They didn't have any marinara for the meatballs anyway. I don't know this young man and I didn't think to ask his name, but I hope that he can see this and be encouraged b/c no one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. Do what you have to, but please find you a better job that will treat you w/respect. I would rather have him, than to deal w/that lady any day.

I like subway food always fresh , service is not too friendly or informational. Could use better customer service and guest mannerisms in a more professional manner.

The gentleman working on 8/23 at 1:30 clearly had no interest in serving our food, I had to ask him what he was saying 6 times, and he still got tried getting it wrong. A lady walked up and it got better but he might need to find a different job We will go elsewhere next time and honestly should of walked out this time

walked in never was greeted..man was in front of me that the lady was servicing she looked up at me and said what kind of bread you want. never asked what I was getting I could had wanted pizza, cookies, or a salad...I told her what I wanted 2 sub's white bread a BMT and chicken rotisserie pepper jack cheese n toasted...I had to repeat the chicken like she was clueless to what I asked for.. she asked me Two more times about the cheese... as she fixing the BMT she said I still did not hear what the 2nd sub is at that point I told her dont even worry about it I go someplace else, her attitude n her demeanor was unacceptable. as I was leaving she stated I don't know why you getting mad at me because I can't hear you..n I told her my level of voice I have never not had anybody who can't hear me..mind you me and my son use this location a lot even some of the workers there know our faces and they always greet ppl when they walk through the door..I ended up going over to midland subway got greeted by more than one staff member as I placed my order she had no problem understanding me or hearing me...all gave service with a smile..milgen rd employees need to shadow midland for customer service. ppl like me are paying their salary and I will not pay for attitude especially when I'm not giving you one

I ordered a ham sub on multigrain the bread taste it was 2 days old it was so tough I couldn't even chew it. I wanted a cookie and all they had were cookies that were made yesterday sitting im the oven. I WILL be going here again

It has been my experience in general with ANY subway I choose , that the kids working there are rude, they hardly put anything on the sandwich and there are not enough people working. It’s too bad because Subway is popular but not when you encounter these things no matter which one you go to!!!! No one cares anymore!!
Be a boss!!! Make your employees step up to the plate! You aren’t doing them or us any favors!!!

Did an online order. Have to give a one star to leave a review. Didn't get my whole order. Food was cold. My sandwich was pretty much bread. Paid for extra meat,nope. This is just awful. These company's don't want to provide decent service anymore.
This is the 2nd time I have come to this restaurant at about 9pm at night. They close at 10pm they say, but both times they have ran out of all bread exempt flat bread. If your restaurant is gonna run out of bread every night at 9pm why are yall open until 10pm? Both times this has happened your employees just look at me like I am stupid. Last I checked if yall are open until 10pm me coming in at 9pm I should be able to get a sandwich, especially since yall are open for one more hour but your employees don't make sandwichs in the last hour!!!!
It's subway, has a nice wide variety of meats with various seasonings, and always made to order they way you want it. This location wasn't very clean but staff was friendly and fairly quick.
Vanesa is a superstar, taking on the whole lunch rush by herself and ensuring everyone's order is correct, all with a smile on her face. Subway, please please PLEASE give her a raise and some additional employees that are just as great.
