It has been my experience in general with ANY subway I choose , that the kids working there are rude, they hardly put anything on the sandwich and there are not enough people working. It’s too bad because Subway is popular but not when you encounter these things no matter which one you go to!!!! No one cares anymore!!
Be a boss!!! Make your employees step up to the plate! You aren’t doing them or us any favors!!!

Did an online order. Have to give a one star to leave a review. Didn't get my whole order. Food was cold. My sandwich was pretty much bread. Paid for extra meat,nope. This is just awful. These company's don't want to provide decent service anymore.

This is the 2nd time I have come to this restaurant at about 9pm at night. They close at 10pm they say, but both times they have ran out of all bread exempt flat bread. If your restaurant is gonna run out of bread every night at 9pm why are yall open until 10pm? Both times this has happened your employees just look at me like I am stupid. Last I checked if yall are open until 10pm me coming in at 9pm I should be able to get a sandwich, especially since yall are open for one more hour but your employees don't make sandwichs in the last hour!!!!

It's subway, has a nice wide variety of meats with various seasonings, and always made to order they way you want it. This location wasn't very clean but staff was friendly and fairly quick.

Vanesa is a superstar, taking on the whole lunch rush by herself and ensuring everyone's order is correct, all with a smile on her face. Subway, please please PLEASE give her a raise and some additional employees that are just as great.

Both my sandwiches were missing half the ingredients. I called and the person who answered said if I bring them back she'll remake it 🙄

Employees seem unable to prepare sandwiches, which is sort of their only job here. Employees wearing headphones at the front counter can't even properly communicate with customers.

I received a subway club not toasted but when I got home the bread was hard as a rock. They were also out of mayo so she gave me 2 mayo packet for a footlong when I requested more she said no that’s all she could give me in a rudely tone i will not be going back I don’t recommend

Despite my heavy handed review on that terrible Schomburg location, I've always had good dealings with their Milgen branch and they have people there that are straight up especially the last time I got a Dash from there.

Keep up the decent work at that location at least.

The 2 black women thay served me today were EXTREMELY rude...they didn't follow the instructions for my sandwich and when I came to pick up my order they tried to argue with me about what I paid for even after showing them the receipt, then proceeded to try and withhold my drink from me afterwards....they had attitudes the entire time and just being blatantly rude
