This location was good from 2022 till 2023 now this location sucks service was bad went here today at 12:00pm these 2 employees working today should be fired had a attitude barely prepared the sandwich right and sandwich was undercooked. I saw fire those employees and this location will be better. Other than that I say avoid this subway
Went to this subway at about 7:10PM on Saturday, 9/28/24. It was closed as if the workers closed up and left early, or no one opened at all for the day. There was no signage on the door and it was still marked as open on google. Yikes.

We recently visited a Subway location and had a meal that did not meet my expectations. While the service staff were friendly and efficient, I was disappointed with the Turkey sub I ordered. Upon eating the sandwich, I found that the turkey was minimal and not easily visible, resembling a veggie sub with a small trim of meat.

Ordered thorugh the app. The subs were done incorrectly. Not tasted, wrong bread, missing meat/cheese. Yea terrible. Won't be back. I complained to corporate about it. Lets see what happens.

Ordered on the app yesterday 8-15-24. Ordered two sandwiches, the titan turkey and a new chicken sandwich. The titan turkey is supposed to have extra turkey and cheese. Mine had less turkey and no cheese. Also missing were most of the toppings I asked for. The bread was under cooked. The other sandwich had missing toppings as well, and bread was under cooked. Overall a very disappointing experience. I really dislike this particular location(kitten lake).

About 5 mins ago at 11:40 a.m., I walked into a clean Subway restaurant to order a sub sandwich and was met by one of the most unfriendly employees. While she prepared the base of rhe sub, I noticed that the lettuce was pinkish (old), the spinach was badly wilted (spoiled) and the cucumbers were translucent. When I asked if they had fresh lettuce, etc..., the employee said that all of their lettuce and ingredients "looked like that." I said no thank you to being food poisoned and walked out.

I'll be as brief as I possibly can.I ordered 2 subs and a pretzel on the app. I went to the store to pick up the order and grab the only two bags I saw. My honest mistake, I thought the small bag sitting next to mines was the pretzel bag. Appx a few minutes after leaving store, I immediately recognized my error. I immediately went back to store with both bags in hand, with the intentions of purchasing whomever bag I mistakenly took if they were still in store or have yet to arrive for their error.The cashier proceed to berate me, before forcefully snatching the bag out of my hand. Please keep in mind, I apologize for mistake, offer to take care of the customer and brought both bags with me. Why, would I go through the trouble if I was up to no good or wasn't trying to do right on my end. I could have just went about my evening like nothing happened. The fact the cashier snatched the bag out of my hand, and in front of two customers is mind boggling.No matter what was going through her head, what kind of day she was having or what she thought was going on, she could have and should have shown better professionalism and decorom. It wasn't that serious. Mind you, the trouble I went through to correct my error. Again, I asked why would I have went through the trouble.To the cashier: Be better. Show better restraint. Be a professional. It wasn't that serious. I'm not a thief. I just made an honest mistake and tried to make it right. I guess shame on me for trying to do what was right.People these days are so quick to go from zero to sixty, for nothing. Be better.
