I'll be as brief as I possibly can.I ordered 2 subs and a pretzel on the app. I went to the store to pick up the order and grab the only two bags I saw. My honest mistake, I thought the small bag sitting next to mines was the pretzel bag. Appx a few minutes after leaving store, I immediately recognized my error. I immediately went back to store with both bags in hand, with the intentions of purchasing whomever bag I mistakenly took if they were still in store or have yet to arrive for their error.The cashier proceed to berate me, before forcefully snatching the bag out of my hand. Please keep in mind, I apologize for mistake, offer to take care of the customer and brought both bags with me. Why, would I go through the trouble if I was up to no good or wasn't trying to do right on my end. I could have just went about my evening like nothing happened. The fact the cashier snatched the bag out of my hand, and in front of two customers is mind boggling.No matter what was going through her head, what kind of day she was having or what she thought was going on, she could have and should have shown better professionalism and decorom. It wasn't that serious. Mind you, the trouble I went through to correct my error. Again, I asked why would I have went through the trouble.To the cashier: Be better. Show better restraint. Be a professional. It wasn't that serious. I'm not a thief. I just made an honest mistake and tried to make it right. I guess shame on me for trying to do what was right.People these days are so quick to go from zero to sixty, for nothing. Be better.

Great employees, but either the bread not cooked enough or getting soggy fast.It was so mushy and I only had cold ham and veggies and mayo.No oils and vinagrs to make bread wet like that all the way through.

I tried writing their corporate office but there's a glitch that doesn't allow you to put the date in. Anyway I went to subway in midland store #55948-0 on 25 Nov 23 at5 29 PM to get a Tuna sandwich. The Tuna was so freaking runny like they added water to it. The other subway I went to Tuna doesn't look like that. Whomever is managing this store is trying to ripoff the customer by giving them a Mayonnaise sandwich and calling it Tuna and charging them $11+ . Don't waste your time going there looking fir a food Tuna sub.

I am giving 5 stars only because Shakil, honored my wishes and baked more chocolate chip cookies. 7-23-23 They were out and said they weren't making any more. I told him that is a disservice to Subway by turning customers away for something that should be available. I needed 12, he told me 20 minutes, I left and came back, he had them ready for me. Today 7-29-23 I called this same restaurant asking for cookies, whomever answered the phone said they were out of cookies and would not be making any. I asked why not it was 6PM? He said he don't know how. I asked was a manager in, he said no. I asked his name, he said he don't feel comfortable telling me that, I asked again and he said James. I highly doubt that was the truth. People love Subway cookies but your staff won't go above and beyond. This ruins a business. Seems like I might start going to the one near me. I frequent this location because of Chik Fila.

I like coming to this location because it's on my route to and from work. The staff has always been friendly. Lately the store hasn't been kept as clean as it should. I've noticed mold on the drink dispensers...ok. When I look up and see cobwebs above the beverage station it makes me wonder if cleanings happen as routinely as they should in the front and back areas of the store.

Ordered online mines had no mustard and maynoisse on artisan Italian and my wife’s was flatbread and mustard ended up with both full of mustard flat bread not toasted and both orders wrong. Not to mention my order was supposed to be ready at 40 after and they were just starting as I came in.

So I just started coming to this Subway recently and each time I step in the door everybody is so friendly... You can really tell that they enjoy and take pride in what they do!

Staff has no sense of urgency, no greeting. Multiple people walked out due to the disrespect, bathrooms need to be wiped down. We just left.

Overheard the manager allowing the workers to not wash their hands when making the sandwiches me and my kids walked out and went to another location do not come here!!
