On Thurs Nov 6 2025 at 3p I went into this location to grab lunch, I was the only one in this store and I stood there waiting for help while 3 people never acknowledged me at all, no hello welcome in , give us a moment or nothing. I was just standing there totally ignored. After awhile a young man tall took my order and while preparing my two sandwiches he asked the manager (a young lady with black and red braids to put my condiments and veggies on and she said nope she don't like doing that). So this young man prepared both sandwiches on his own. I can not say their names because no one had on a name tag except the manager and it only said manager no name. Very very very unprofessional and I'm surprised subway allow this kind of behavior. I will not be coming back because if you can't even say hello welcome I'm then I need to take my money elsewhere..

Went over to subway after searching through piles at black Friday and I needed to wash my hands because its just nasty not to and they told me I could only use the bathroom as a customer. I informed them that after I washed my nasty hands I was planning on being one after I washed my hands and he told me I had to buy food first. I told him to kick rocks and I wouldnt be back. Like I couldn't read the sign on the door?

Every time I try and get me and my coworkers food here the people are rude and it seems like me coming in to get food is an inconvenience to them. Even if I’m the only customer in the store they act like I’m holding up a line. And very often they get the orders wrong.

The entire store sucks. This young lady employed there told me just because you ordered extra protein online does not mean you would get extra?! Like that blew me. If I PAID for extra I EXPECT EXTRA! it’s cool tho cause the devil definitely tried me with that one today. I highly don’t recommend this spot. Definitely Try a different Subway.

This location never have anything. Employee stated that the manager told them to say their out everything when it’s time to close its 8 pm they close at 10. Telling customers the bathroom is out of order like they sit there all day without using the restroom. Employee can barley count i waited awhile for him to count my change back to me.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to any subway locations but today my son decided he wanted a sandwich. I chose this location and so glad that I did the young lady who fixed the sandwich did not have an attitude and did not rush me to fix my sandwich customer service was top tier that’s rare in 2025 !!! I will definitely be eating more subway!

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed an online order it wasn’t ready. The young boy behind the counter was very ignorant and greeted me by asking “what you want”. Started making my subs but walked away to clean an have someone else finish. Mumbled profanities under his breath as if I didn’t hear him. Also witnessed them tell a customer that he couldn’t eat inside 30 minutes before closing. Lastly neither of my subs were made correctly. First and last experience for simply because one ignorant person didn’t want to work that night!

It doesn't even deserve half a star! What a joke. The condition they prepared our subs was less than poor, worse is they didn't even seal our bag to be delivered. Isn't OSHA watching what is going on? They will now hopefully
