Ugliest subway ever seen

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed an online order it wasn’t ready. The young boy behind the counter was very ignorant and greeted me by asking “what you want”. Started making my subs but walked away to clean an have someone else finish. Mumbled profanities under his breath as if I didn’t hear him. Also witnessed them tell a customer that he couldn’t eat inside 30 minutes before closing. Lastly neither of my subs were made correctly. First and last experience for simply because one ignorant person didn’t want to work that night!

It doesn't even deserve half a star! What a joke. The condition they prepared our subs was less than poor, worse is they didn't even seal our bag to be delivered. Isn't OSHA watching what is going on? They will now hopefully
49 min in line waiting to be attended just one person ahead me. The lady doesn’t have urgent sense! Wasting tome instead give to me the food!!!! Aghhhh!!! Ugly services, and she touched a dollar bill tip with the glove, wile she make the foot long Not happy at all!!!!

0/10. Worst subway in Columbus GA. One employee moving slower than a nursing home relay race, the other employee sounds like he’s one cough away from coughing up a lung. The manager walked out while this was going on. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a sub to be made. Now we have to wait for the sick employee to count down a register because it wasn’t done before.

The absolute worst Subway in Columbus to go too.I don't know who is in charge of hiring here, but their vetting process needs serious reworking. The gentlemen it was constantly distracted looking at his phone and working at a snails pace. BUT REALLY SLOWWWWWW we didn’t even get our food. I will never come back here

Honestly this is the worse subway I’ve ever been to. The veggies weren’t fresh and the so-called owner/manager was rude af and condescending (I’ve seen other reviews say the owner is a woman so I think this dude was lying to a customer who walked out).
When I went in, there was only one other customer in store and she was on her way out. The man who called himself the owner/manager and the other two employees were all having a personal conversation with this one woman who seemed like she was overwhelmed and wanted to leave.
Second, the same guy (tall, has locks) kept looking over at me and not saying anything. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to wrap this up before anyone even verbally said anything to me, and another 5 just for someone to help me.
This same guy was hella rude. He rudely took my order, kept interrupting me, didn’t listen at all and kept asking me the same questions over and over again (and I had something simple. Just meatball with all veggies, no condiments. Simple right?)
He kept on talking, interrupting me, talking to the other guys around him, getting on his phone… I mean this literal sandwich took him an additional 15-20 minutes to make because he couldn’t stay focused on the task. I was ready to walk out but didn’t out of politeness. Before I left this dude had the audacity to tell me he hopes I come back to his subway with a better attitude and that he hopes I feel better.
In this whole interaction, I barely said more than a couple sentences. Not once was I rude or demanding. I waited patiently for literally EVERYTHING. When he asked how I was doing I let him know I was feeling ill, like I had caught something and picking up dinner because I didn’t want to cook. Dude was disrespectful and full of himself. I guess he figured because I wasn’t in his face fawning over him or trying to have a 20 minute conversation I was rude?
If I ever went back and that dude is in the store, I’d turn around and leave. That guy made me feel so damn uncomfortable. The woman that left before me also looked like she probably had a similar reaction.

The one employee, young African American man with beard and, tall and thin was very efficient and worked hard to take up others slack. They need better management.

This is the third time I've been to this Subway an didn't get the proper order. They skimp you on the correct amount of meat that should come on the sandwich also they sandwiches at this location tend to be soggy due to the employee not consistently changing their gloves.

Went in today and they are out of most of the meats. I asked if they were out of stock and they stated that it was all frozen mind you it's 1:40 pm in the afternoon. When I walked in the employee was sitting on the counter and slowly came to my assistance. It looks like this particular subway will be missing out on alot of business today. I definitely didn't get anything and walked out. Especially if that's the type of work ethic they have in there.
I don’t know who the manager is of this store but they literally never have anything in the store it’s always signs up of everything they are out of I understand being out of things sometimes but it’s literally alllllll the time. And you have to walk in there on the right day to get your sandwich which made good cause some of them don’t care how they make it I only get one made if I see if the 2 people that actually make my food right is working smh.
