GO TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY Been there a couple times, they never have stock of bread, ever. I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told they don't have anything, 20 minutes in the store without being spoken to or greeted. I love less than 2 miles away, and will be willingly driving to a DIFFERENT subway, because there is nothing appealing or professional about the one closest to me.

The customer service was great she was very helpful and polite. She was very patient and polite with my little nine year old, because he wanted to dress his own sandwich without adult supervision. Him and her was having a conversation about his food like they were the same age, it was too cute.

The 2 gentleman behind the counter who took our orders and made our sandwiches were Amazing, they greeted us with a smile, and there Customer Service skills were exceptional. I was traveling with my Granddaughter and Friends to Celebrate her Birthday and they top it off with Great Service and Food. I have been working at a Hospital in Atlanta for almost 39 years, I know how important great customer service is. They are an example of Fantastic Customer Service at Work and a Great example for your Company. I will return, when passing through my travels and I am sure others will , if they get to meet them.
