The 2 gentleman behind the counter who took our orders and made our sandwiches were Amazing, they greeted us with a smile, and there Customer Service skills were exceptional. I was traveling with my Granddaughter and Friends to Celebrate her Birthday and they top it off with Great Service and Food. I have been working at a Hospital in Atlanta for almost 39 years, I know how important great customer service is. They are an example of Fantastic Customer Service at Work and a Great example for your Company. I will return, when passing through my travels and I am sure others will , if they get to meet them.

They are always out of something. Drink machine down, no cookies, and only two options for bottle drinks. If you don’t have the item in the store. Let’s 86s for the items from the app. Also let’s get items for this store. This the only store in Columbus that’s always struggling. Please do better.

I don't eat Subway often, but they have great coupons now. As soon as I got there, the guy immediately told me what he's out of and what he had, which I appreciate, he's all smiles and his attitude is great considering he's running out of bread for the customers. He's so nice that nobody complained, they literally made a selection from what he had left. He kept everyone laughing while they waited. It was a great experience not only because of the food but because of the people they had working that day.

I’ve used this location twice and will not be using it again. Both times my order was unable to be completed due to missing product, which is understandable but the customer service is horrid.I placed a mobile order last night and on arrival, they had paper signs everywhere with the products they were out of, including grilled chicken which is what my sandwhich was.The man working was late 20s to 30s and had a shaved head. I let him know that my order would need to be refunded. He got annoyed and told me I needed to do it through the app. When I stated you cannot do it via the app, he got hissy stating he “does this every day”. Proceeded to stop mid refund to call someone outside of the store and ask if I can do it via app. Acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of his day. I find it interesting he “does this every day” but made such a hassle of it. I didn’t throw a fit that I wasted gas and time since they opted not to close their mobile ordering when out or so many products so I’m not sure where his attitude came from.I wound up being refunded and not sure why it was made into such an annoying ordeal.
Needs to be evaluated by the health council. Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were atrocious - Blood and poop and trash everywhere. Had to have our kids go to the bathroom outside. Service was horrible. Workers must’ve been high. Completely inept and unhelpful. No napkins. Surely a health code violation. Really sad state of affairs.

I walked into the store to get my mobile order. When I walked into the line the lady behind the counter asked about a pizza. I assumed she was asking who had the mobile order for the personal pizza so when I raised my hand she said “excuse me what do you need” I responded “I was just saying I’m here for the mobile pizza order” she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me to “take myself to the front of the line then.” Highly rude. The other worker was a sweet gentlemen and is the only reason I didn’t take it any higher while in the restaurant. Will definitely not be returning.

I love the Subway location near Steam Mill Road, on Buena Vista Road. The staff is very professional and handle their customers with grace and pleasantries. Always a joy to go there for a sandwich or two.
