I love the Subway location near Steam Mill Road, on Buena Vista Road. The staff is very professional and handle their customers with grace and pleasantries. Always a joy to go there for a sandwich or two.

The manager Ms. Chell gave me an amazing experience . Not only does she get my order right every time !!!! She is such a delight she even took a moment to color with my child when she was having a bad day !!! Such a family oriented place I will be back !

Two girls had attitude issues. Never was greeted. Had to ask/tell girl one of sub came with bacon she forgot to put on sandwich. Second girl was actually throwing my onions n olives etc on top of sandwhich. The look she had on her face was like my presence bothered her. Almost just walked out while she was making my sub. Wish I did came home and found strand of black hair in my sub. I have red braids so was not mines. The worst service.

I usually don't have have a problem ordering but on this particular nite they didn't have any onions and the workers stated that they were new and didn't know how to cut them the nice young lady cut her had trying to give me onions me being at supervisor at a restaurant would have never left two new people not fully trained on a shift by themselves I will not be returning this was just unexceptionable but I do appreciate the young lady for trying.

This one new team member isn’t friendly and I was told the coupon machine wasn’t working, I’ve never heard this before at any other Subway restaurant. I understand this location is short staffed but I feel like they were lying about the coupon machine not working. The black gentleman with the dreads always on point with his customer service and he knows how to work the board by himself so I’m somewhat satisfied with my service.

This store didn't have no bread no wraps the where out of everything and on top of that they only had 2 new employees there that look like they really wasn't trained well and didn't know enough to be by themselves. Where's the management?
