No bowls for salads, no oil. No stock well at all. Employees were dragging and didn't seem like they wanted to serve. Very disappointed

I always order through the app. Yesterday, I ordered and they mess up up both sandwiches. They put the toppings for each sandwich on the other. Today I ordered and not only did they put the sandwiches on the wrong bread, but they also didn’t bother to call and say they were out of cookies. They just threw 2 bags of chips in the bag. We don’t even eat these chips. How do you provide terrible service 2 days in a row? I can’t even eat this sandwich because the bread is Italian and herbs and I literally hate the taste of that.

The food is always great but I placed my orders online so I could just come in and pick them up only for them to not be ready even 30 mins later while 3 employees helped another pushy customer. The pushy customer even told another man it "would be awhile so he shouldn't wait". This one was just closer to my friend's place but I'll go to another store next time. They are remaking everyone's sandwiches and one female employee licked her hand before rolling up a customer's order.

I walked in and a lady was making a sandwich. No customers. She had box braids. I was not greeted. I said Hello. Still nothing. I asked if I can use a coupon. She asked if it was expired. I said No.. then you can use it. It was her tone that made me say Forget It. I went to another location with better service.

t’s a reason why I stopped coming to this location and tonight just reminded me why. The worst experience ever! When i pulled up to the location it was 2 girls with braids sitting eating which I thought were customers as i walked into the store they walked out n proceeded outside next door so i waited at the counter thinking someone would come from the back to assist no one came waited another 5 mins by then another customer walked in and is waiting behind me. The customer asked if i had been helped yet i told her no n we waited. We were in the store completely unattended. shortly after the same 2 girls tht walked out as i walked in came running back in and got behind the counter ? neither one of them greeted us or anything they just put their gloves on n stared at us both had box braids one had red braids the other had black braids. I continued to place my order, i asked for spinach the girl said “oh the spinach is bad we dnt hv any more”? ok cool whatever so i asked for black olives i always get black olives on my sub sandwiches it’s really the way i eat it..of course they were out of olives I understand tht it was an hour before closing but i truly doubt that they were out of these items n just didn’t want to get more. The napkin dispenser was completely empty so no napkins either like damn!.the service was very unprofessional n ghetto as hell.sorry not sorry i will not be returning here!

Just ordered maybe 15 minutes ago. Lady behind the counter was rude, childish, and unprofessional. Ordered a footlong, and before even asking, popped it into the oven for toasting and when we told her that we didn't want it toasted she started yelling and berating my girlfriend. Stating things along the lines of "YOU need to tell ME if you want it toasted before I toast it" as well as cussing her and muttering things under her breath as if we arent three feet away from her. All in all, very unbecoming of any employee of any workplace.

I went to subway yesterday around 6pm to get two subs a foot long meatball and a All American Club toasted. Both subs where burnt and nasty. I will never go back this subway just horrible.
