I had to give a star and just to comment and I took it back! If I could give it a negative 1 I would! Plenty enough young employees in the store! Went in drive thru waited 6 mins just to be told the screen is down I can come in and place an order or wait 5 more mins! So I drove around and came in WHICH I DIDNT PLAN ON GETTING OUT MY VEHICLE! Stood there no one at the counter, an employee walked right up and clocked out for break or out for the day! No one said be right there! I asked was the screen back working and got ignored so I left! I will be calling corporate this restaurant a trip and of course not too much expected cause it’s on the SOUTHSIDE

Every time I order through UberEats and pick it up here, I tell them my name and they ALWAYS say it never there until I spell it out, I've even told my exact order! Also they either dont fill the tacos enough with black beans or they smother everything and its a mess very sloppy. I've ordered a few times from here and never again!

Tacos were tough like they had been sitting in a salamander too long.
The woman behind the counter was rude telling me I couldn't stand by trash bin to wait for my companion to finish in restroom. The "janitor" told me I could not roll a SMALL CART into the restaurant, that I had to leave it outside. Another patron also left before ordering saying the food was poorly prepared and served.
TOTALLY negative place and service.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! First of all Taco Bell doesn't close until 3 am. How is it that about 10:45 they are out of chicken? Then the rude untrained for customer service employee had a attitude when I asked if they were going to drop more. When I was younger I use to work for Taco Bell(back when they actually trained and taught employees how to do their job without the attitudes) you drop more chicken especially if you have several hours left to be open. Taco Bell has went down so bad and the management should be making these lazy employees actually do their job and not have nasty attitudes. It's a bad reflection on them and the business.
