A bunch of thrives. Employees here take advantage of door dash, uber eats and customers because of policies. We were missing almost $50 of food, over 8 items today. Then when calling these places are told we must get refund through door dash. Fire those who are stealing. Hold them accountable. There’s no way you accidentally miss 7 items. They know they can keep food to eat that day for free and think it won’t track back to them. I know it was them because the bag was still sealed.

I don’t know why it’s hard to pack Taco Bell salsas when you request it on uber eats. THE ORDER OBVIOUSLY STATED WHAT SALSAS TO PROVIDE. Why is it that hard??!?! DO YOUR JOB!

They have a bad habit of holding customers at the menu board until they finish one order. I thought this was supposed to be FAST FOOD!
Pulled up in the drive thru, and started looking at the menu to figure out what my wife and I wanted to get. Not even 30 seconds later, the drive thru employee came over the intercom and asked if we were ready. I said not yet. Employee said I couldn't sit there any longer and had to drive around and get back in line. We drove around and then were immediately asked if we were ready since we were just there. We each got 1 thing and left.
So are we not allowed to look at the menu to decide what food we want to eat? We would've ordered more food if we weren't rushed. On top of being rushed, the drive thru employee was rude.

To the manager Who says that everything Has to be proportion. This is how your taco supposed to look. Not with a couple pieces of lettuce, tomato, and tiny bit of meat. You refused to give me my money back and informed me to talk to your boss, who has yet reached out to me, even though I called corporate.
