Absolutely disgusting, along with their service. The drive thru worker kept rushing me... there were no one behind me and it wasn’t even near closing time. The cashier didn’t even give me a receipt. On top of that, they burnt my food.If I could give this store zero stars, I would.

This place was great.They moved to a different location up the road, and it is terrible. They have messed up every order I've ever made. Not just a slip up on one item, but multiple.The location up the road is absolutely terrible.For those considering a different location, the Taco Bell on Buena Vista has given multiple family members food poisioning.

Tried something new today-- the chicken power Bowl, and was pleasantly surprised. At somewhere around 500 calories it was a good brunch that'll last me for awhile. Very good customer service here as well.
Today it tasted better than usual. It must be because my cousin is working there! Do it Alexis!!

I had a great experience here. The workers were quick in getting my food ready. The food was fresh and sealed in a bag (on sticker was placed on my bag to keep the bag closed) and it was kept warm until I could eat it. The workers were also friendly and did a great job repeating my order and getting my food order correct....best Taco Bell drive thru experience ever and I've been around a long time and have been through many Taco Bells.

Passed through the drive through and it was a great experience! Food was all accurate and really hot. We appreciated the towlette and mint in the bag, too.

I'm just done with Taco Bell in Columbus. Where I'm from Taco bell maybe got my order incorrect once in the 30 years i lived there. Here, they don't open when the hours on the door says they do, despite a man at the one on Macon Rd telling me they would open at 8 the next morning one time. They don't use the sauces that are supposed to come on things (got an AM crunchwrap with no sauce multiple times). The pico de gallo on the potato bowls always seems days old. And today was the final straw when i went to the one on Buena Vista and the guy typed up my order saying i wanted diablo sauce...it was ON THE SCREEN, and i ended up with a bag of mild sauce and my chalupas are ice cold with severely wilted lettuce. I could deal with you guys changing hours if you posted it. I could deal with the occasional slip up but not every single time I order. I could deal with the weird (hold a tray out the window to serve my food so you don't get covid and hold the credit card machine out too...except it makes no difference for me to slide my card in, if you are going to touch it to pull it out. The simplest thing though, reading diablo sauce and putting in the mild is kinda crazy...and the cold chalupa is unnacceptable. 1/10 would not recommend any Taco Bell in Columbus.
