This is hands down the best taco bell I have been to. The customer service from the young man when i walked in was just outstanding. I never do review but i just had to let this young man be recognized along with the location, very welcoming.

Really bad service never going back to that place.
Was doing Uber eats. Took me 13 minutes to get to the restaurant. Go through the drive thru cause the lobby was closed and they tell me it’s not ready and to pull around to the parking lot until it is ready. Here’s the problem, TO PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT I HAVE TO GO BACK OUT INTO ONGOING TRAFFIC AND TURN BACK IN. Nobody was behind me AT ALL in the drive thru. Asked if I could just sit there to keep from having to fight my way into the oncoming traffic. He said “No. That’s what I need you to do.” Kindly cancelled the order and left. Will never pick up another order from them. Food should have been ready when I got there considering they were slow and it took me 13 damn minutes. Expecting me to struggle to get back to the parking lot when y’all could have had the food done is CRAZY.
Unprofessional staff, constsnt cussing from the back being heard up front,, staff on their phones just all around horrible experience

After having an issue with doordash, I called the store. They quickly offered to replace all the items that were missing from my order, and threw in cinnamon twists as well! Excellent resolution, making me always know that I will be satisfied if I ever have a problem at this store. Battles is an excellent manager!

Parking lot and drive thru was dirty. I got the cheez it tostada and ordered extra meat and cheese, I didn't get it. The food was so fragile and kept breaking into pieces and was very hard to eat, they needed to include a fork and napkins with this, it's a very messy food item. This was not worth the $6
We went today and ordered: 2 cantina taco's, 1 beef chalupa, 2 taco supremes and 2 soft tacos... We got: 2 chalupas, and 5 soft tacos ??♀️won't be going back there‼️

45 minute wait for a mobile order. No one was in the restaurant and no one in drive thru. We pulled up to get the order and they asked us to pull up. After 15 minutes we went inside. 30 minutes we asked what’s going on and they couldn’t answer…. Got our food almost 50 minutes after pulling in.

Every time I visit this Taco Bell on Buena Vista, the service is always fast and the attitudes of the employees is always friendly. I have encountered several different people via drive-thru and every single one has been sweet and happy natured. It's my favorite store to go to ❤️
