Every time I visit this Taco Bell on Buena Vista, the service is always fast and the attitudes of the employees is always friendly. I have encountered several different people via drive-thru and every single one has been sweet and happy natured. It's my favorite store to go to ❤️
It seems like everything we order from here something is wrong with our order. This time our order was wrong and when we got home we noticed that someone's name (alicia) was written on one of our cups. No one in our household is named Alicia. It is safe to say that we will never order from here again.

After having an issue with doordash, I called the store. They quickly offered to replace all the items that were missing from my order, and threw in cinnamon twists as well! Excellent resolution, making me always know that I will be satisfied if I ever have a problem at this store. Battles is an excellent manager!

We went thru drive thru n got 6 burritos, all fresh hot n generous portions. Lady at window was very efficient n polite, n said thank you. I recommend this place for inexpensive good food.
I got the new breakfast tacos combo it was loaded with sausage and eggs and I got some kind of sweet balls with cream in the center it was delicious ? and it was less than 6 dollars and a drink comes with

I’ve never had to really do a 1 star review but this was an absolute must as what I discovered was appealing. As a food reviewer, I also look for things such as this. I first poured some low calorie fruit punch which tasted expired so I poured it out and decided to try the strawberry lemonade. As soon as it started pouring out, I stopped because of these traces of particles started flowing out. It looks like the interior of the machine is deteriorating and breaking off! Major health hazard! Thank God the cups are clear because baby this is a solid no. Everything else should be inspected, especially the food!

Went in line at the drive through and was asked to order inside because I told them we were going to have a big order. Very inconvenient and honestly the first time this has occurred. We were quite shocked of what was asked of us, the place wasn't even busy!
The service was outstanding there's a young man by the name of Brandon I do believe who was very kind patient helpful and understanding I truly appreciate him and the rest of the staff at the Buena Vista Road Taco Bell Columbus Georgia the new dipping tacos were great I really fell in love with the drink I know that's kind of crazy to say but I don't go to Taco Bell. What the service that I received today at this Taco Bell I will be coming back thanks the great staff for a outstanding overwhelming experience you guys are truly kind helpful courteous and go above and beyond to help your customers may God bless you?

I checked my food after pulling off and my chicken chalupa was cold, my Crunchwrap was burnt and barely any beef with no sour cream what so ever, my seasoned fries was cold and they didn’t put in my nacho cheese. Then we got our food re made and they literally gave me a table spoon of my extra beef that I ordered. After all that they continued to serve me attitude but all I wanted was my food made like I’m a human and not a dog
