I went to drive thru today. The order was made perfectly 👌. It was hot and fresh.
Food was horrible! Meat was cold no flavor, hard taco shell was stale, chalupa was not crispy like usual, and ALL the food was cold! Spent over fifty, never again!

The fountain drink machine is out of order often at the location. I’m not upset that the machine is out of order, I’m upset because someone can’t take 5 minutes and put a sign out stating this. I don’t like any other drink option at Taco Bell.

i got a chicken quesadilla and a baja blast freeze, and they were both amazing! and the woman taking my order was so sweet. definitely the best taco bell in columbus!

somebody did their big one with my food tonight i love this taco bell and ive never had an issue with rude staff. they’re sweet and my food is always good. if u keep going and never like anything about it; then you don’t like taco bell and need to stop going

GREAT customer service there was a small mix up they noticed and fixed the problem benefiting the customer in the long run. The management team and staff was very polite and gave great service.
I will never get food from this restaurant my crunch wrap burrito and quesadilla barely had anything in them and was burnt on the outside and the rice and beans barely had any in the container this is ridiculous for what they charge

The person at the counter, Rae, is absolutely wonderful. She is pleasant, helpful and stays busy. While eating I observed her with customers and she was always helpful and pleasant. I have not seen this attitude at a fast food restaurant in quite awhile.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Went inside to pickup order and said I have a mobile order. The lady said, “okay” like I should be the one behind the counter and make it myself. No one here cares about their job. The food is mediocre for Taco Bell. Cheese in quesadillas wasn’t even melted.
