My boyfriend went into Taco Bell tonight on 2/12/2024. He stood there for a minute and all the workers looked at eachother wondering which one of them going to take his order… someone suddenly walked up and he asked her a question about the $1 box deal they have online. Her response was “I don’t know” so he asked her “well don’t you work here”. She proceeded to walk off and not help him. We left the store and will NEVER return back to his location.That was very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want to do your job find other employment.

App ordering is not a concept for this store to understand or even care to acknowledge. After arriving at the store 15 mins after the app notified me that my food was done and ready for pickup, I was told by the store they didn’t have it, then they said they found it and then I sat for 25 more mins till someone would even make my food. I kept my cool but I was completely disregarded and there was no intent of the that they were even going to make my food till I had to go up to the counter once again to ask for my food. Now I am late for my evening set plans.WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I suggest the same to others.

I never dreamed of Taco Bell for breakfast but we tried and I really liked the quesadillas with scrambled eggs and bacon. I had a burrito first and didn’t care for it but they swapped it. My daddy and I both love the Brisk Mango Tea that they have there. It’s a favorite for me now and right across the street from Hardee’s and their gravy biscuit, another fav.

When coming home from any event in ATL, this has been a regular stop for years for a late night dinner.Food is usually hot, even if it's not what you ordered. Last several visits, food has been missing or completely wrong, which I don't understand when no one was in front of us or behind. Like... Who's order did you give me??Service is what you would expect after 11pm at a fast food joint.*Pulls up to drive-thru speaker*TB employee "yeah?"It is what it is, I guess.

Ordered online 30 minutes before coming in. The food wasn't ready, and I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. They could at least greet you and let you know it will be a minute no just a group of people standing in the lobby looking crazy. I patiently waited 8 hours for a phone repair same day, sat in traffic for an hour, and would have no problem with waiting simple communication skills. Not much put in the burritos, missing guacamole from several.

Ordered a door dash order, and when the driver came, she apologized several times, as she informed the workers at the drive through that they were supposed to out the food box in a sealed bag, yet they refused.How unprofessional!!! If you’re gonna take door dash orders, do things properly!!!I don’t even see the purpose of management getting on here pretending to provide an email to the general public for ‘knowing more’! If someone were truly reprimanding, and implementing true order at this restaurant, there wouldn’t be so many complaints on here. It’s sounds good to provide an email, but yet, this restaurant has remained raggedy for the longest!
