Tried the chicken nuggets yesterday they were really delicious came back for some more and they burned them. 😢 These could really be a game changer but not if you’re going to serve them burned. That messes up the good seasoning and flavor . I understand mistakes happen please do better. Thanks.

Not sure what y'all are doing different than the Kansas stores, but that was the best Taco Bell we've had in years!!! The meat was different...it was delicious! Taco shells and Chalupa shells...everything was crispy and fresh tasting! Quite a welcome change from the stale shell products we get in KS Taco Bells. Thanks for the great experience. We stopped in while traveling.

Pizza tasted like it was cooked and some old ass grease… After driving all the way home to bite into it, I got sick to my stomach then I took it back only to get a partial refund, not considering the fact that I had to Waste gas all the way back and still had nothing to eat because I was sick from the taste I had from the grease that was used to cook it.. Please do better. We only have a few restaurants to choose from.

I’ve never had a negative experience at this location as far as attitudes from employees. They are all kind and friendly from my visits. The food is almost always done properly. The downside to this store is the avoidance of the time clock. They have you wait at the speaker even after you’ve made your order. They will not tell you to pull up until your food is complete, making sure no other orders can come in. It kind of goes against the idea of how drive thrus operate. I understand this probably helps keep store numbers great but it slows things down as far as keeping customers moving.

It's Taco Bell. You either like it or you don't. I like the Mexican pizza so thank goodness they brought it back to the menu. Where are the meximelts? I miss them. 😢 But it is very clean and friendly and not extremely busy at lunch on the week days.
Super slow,even with no line and placing an order for pick up online,it's still a long wait.The Drinks are flat half the time,I don't understand how that keeps happening so frequently.

Idk how to feel about this place. Consistency is key and that’s one thing that is lacking here. Will my quesadilla have sauce today or no? Why doesn’t my cantina bowl have black beans today when it did yesterday? Why is this food cold and tough? But that one quesadilla was amazing?? Ugh…it’s so frustrating. You never know what you’re gonna get…other than a ton of sauce. I don’t even think they bothered to heat anything other than the tortillas this time.

I will give it a 2 because it's taco bell however they have yet to get an order right they make you wait in line forever to keep their time down instead of just making the food like they are supposed to employees can be extremely rude even getting made when you check your order because they have NEVER gotten it right!
My family and I stopped in on August 2024. This was our first visit to this location. The building looked pretty new or renovated. There was no one inside except for me and my family, which was nice. The dining section was clean. The food was pretty good, however, they ran out of mild sauce. ?? How does this happen??? I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where they run out of sauces. The cinnamon twist hardly had any cinnamon sugar, it was bland. This was also a first for me. I’m not sure if it’s the quality that has declined or if it was just the way it was made by this establishment. Service was pretty average as expected.

Very disappointed with my Grand Bell...the Nachos were flat,only the top of the meat was Warm. No lettuce, beans, green peppers.... pretty but nothing that should have been on it completely. First time, guess the Drive Thur does not treat you right. Very sad.
I’d give less than one star if it were possible! The first three things ordered they were out of. No mild sauce either. Ordered a beef Gordita supreme and got a Gordita wrap with nothing but lettuce and cheese. Re-order it and associate asks if we would like tomato and it was a yes (supreme) get it back with no tomato… a few pieces of slimy lettuce and MAYBE a half teaspoon of meat. When asked for a refund I was confronted with an argument about the food and told they didn’t know how to refund a sale. Miraculously another associate knew. Clean store but the employees are AWFUL.
