I truly dislike the layout of the Taco Bell and how it runs. The drive through easily gets clogged, the kiosks outside are the only way to order and they are impersonal. I won't be visiting this location again. Taco Bell, do better.

The last 2 times I’ve came the person at the window had a sorry attitude and something has been wrong with the order and I didn’t have any special instructions. There’s barely any meat, no greens or onions that come on the street tacos. This place sucks I’m not coming back today was the last time. I paid 12 bucks and missing a few things. No wonder they have more 1 star reviews than anything

I call it fort taco DO NOT GO TO THE WALK UP WINDOW GO TO THE DRIVE THRU so let me explain you walk up to order don't bother standing at the window these people don't care about nothing but the drive thru hit up the kiosk and it gets better no place to sit you stand can't get in the building at all unless buzzed in including the bathroom you'll wait twenty minutes for your food in the elements standing area is covered bathrooms and restaurant is clean that's because they treat the thing like fort knocks no one in unless buzzed in the people supposed to be at the window will not come to it even if you knock just completely ignore you until your food is ready hobos in this area have definitely ruined fast food policies soo boo to this taco bell terrible experience for walk up perfect to drive thru only don't waste your time parking and walking up don't even know why this place has a walk up window might as well not exist
Parking: Very tight and small do not bring big vehicles
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps all the way to the window is flat two handicap spaces right in front
Went to pick up my order they opened they buzzed me in the door but never came to service or acknowledge I was there. My order was already prepared and everything just had me waiting in the lobby 15min no help no acknowledgement.

SHOUT OUT to the new taco masters on the 1400 block of Veterans Parkway. I went there the other day and they gave me over 63, packets, of sauce, with my taco 12 pack!!!! I only have one word⭐️⭐️?TREMENDOUS?⭐️⭐️I would rate this location 8 or even 9 stars if that was allowed in the system. #blessed

I haven’t been a big fan of TB since the 90’s, but today I had the best meal and experience I’ve had since then at this location. The food was fast, accurate and delicious. The ladies at the take out window were very pleasant during the short exchange we had. I’ll definitely go a little out of my way between Atlanta and Florida to eat at this TB again.
