So this place isn’t terrible. I’ve ordered takeout here around 5 times, and the food is quite delicious. I always get the chicken hibachi. And it’s relatively cheap as well!
Now when you call to place the order and when you go into pick up your food, the lady can come off as quite rude and can be rude.
I’ve observed that the language barrier is the main issue here. When you don’t understand her is when she seems to get rude. If you do understand her she can be alright lol. When I picked up my food just now, a man came in kinda telling her off and to stop being so rude to the customers, and that would be his last time going there. She’s not necessarily patient and doesn’t necessarily seem to try to enunciate better to ease the process.
I’ve never really had an issue with her though.
Take this information as you please lol

Worst customer service ever!! We had a horrible experience with the Asian lady at the register. Two other customers left while we were there and they saw what happened to us. A cashier is the face of the business and should know how to treat customers. I don’t want to think we were treated so poorly because we are Hispanics. Never again!!

I saw how an Asian cashier mistreated and humiliated a customer. Food is delicious but that conduct is unacceptable. They lost 4 customers
because of that.

Good food, good prices, I come here often as a broke college student. I have bad ears, so sometimes I have trouble understanding one of the cashiers, but she always restates what she said if I ask. My favorite is the shrimp hibachi bowl. The shrimp is always crisp and well seasoned.
Forgot to take a photo, but the portion size is fair.
Dietary restrictions: Not great for gluten intolerance due to soy sauce, but it only triggers mine a bit.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I'm back today. It was delicious. And the yum yum sauce is great. I had the chicken noodles and vegetables, and today I am trying the steak noodles. I also got fried dumplings which I dipped in my yum yum sauce. I believed the nice lady taking the orders name is Oosha. And the price is reasonable.

Very good food. Everything I've ordered there has been top-notch. From initial observation it looks like the kitchen area and the dining area could be cleaner.

Good food , open late !
Awesome 👌 👏 👍
So I had my palette hard set on some hibachi steak and chicken. I get here, and it's two Spanish speaking gentlemen just sitting at one of the tables, and they looked at me as if i was disturbing their conversation tf.. Which I don't have an issue with. I'm Latin, too. I'm at the counter, and I'm lookin' at the menu, and everything is cool, but what bothered me was he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have steak... BUT... they had Filet migñon. I was like, Filet migñon is steak! I was perturbed, to say the least. So then I proceeded to place my order. Asked if they had pork fried rice, he said..."No, and the rice does NOT look like the pictures... it's just Rice and egg, that's it!." I said, okay, whatever. I'll try it anyway. Then I sit down with my food and go to open my sauce. Of which they only give you 1 sauce per plate if you were wondering. Tell me why it looks like a jello shot, and it all came out when I put my fork in it... the yum yum sauce smelled bad. So I didn't taste the sauce. The food was okay, but it didn't taste like Japanese food. It tasted like Pollo asado con Carne asada and arroz con huevo. They should rename the restaurant to " Taste of Mexico ?? " but the food wasn't half bad. It just wasn't what I was expecting. They are open late, tho but I won't go back. Oh and while I was there, they sold a can soda to another customer that was FLAT and had expired in JULY! SO if you buy a can drink, check the date before you open it. They refused to exchange it and made them purchase a new can soda. So you've been forewarned people.

This place was the definition of a kitchen nightmare. The food was so bad, we sat our $30 meal aside and went to McDonalds.
I wouldn't recommend this to a homeless person.
