run from this place!!!!! Absolutely WORST management I have ever experienced. let's employees bully other workers in front of customers and make political comments that are extremely inappropriate for any business!!! Not worth a crappy cup of coffee.
had a really nice conversation with the cashier Rustam R while i waited, incredibly trans and queer friendly spot with nice drinks and snacks! a little bit overpriced, but thats downtown for you. they let me hang out while waiting for an appointment i was too early for. super welcoming and sweet. i had an iced libbarace, and it was very rich and not super sweet :] ?

I've been 4 times in the last month and each time they've been out of something we wanted
Excellent coffee! Fair price and service. Interior has a relaxed vibe even when it is busy - perfect. Art of the walls is good.

Found this gem passing through Columbus on the way to Orlando. What a great surprise, we love a great cup of coffee and we found it here. Staff was kind and helpful. If you are in the area, stop in and grab a cup, we will. Thank you for your excellence.
It’s fine.. but management should talk to the female barista who was complaining about making pumpkin spice lattes on the first day of fall lol
A place with excellent pastries. The coffee was excellent! excellent service.

The customer service is top-tier! The drinks were delicious, and the breakfast sandwich was fresh. Fountain City at Banks is a great spot to hang out for groups, families, or alone.
Food and coffee was awesome and staff was really awesome and nice!!!!!!
First let me say that the temperature inside was perfect on this hot day when drinking coffee. The coffee was very smooth and to me had a slight hint of a Smokey flavor. (Latte). The lemon muffin got a 10 and was very delicious.
Really good spot for coffee and light food! I came here a few times and tried their Waveshaper sandwich, a grandma brownie, a cranberry walnut muffin, and an iced latte with smoke flavour. I expected the sandwich to be good but was still surprised by how much I enjoyed it! Simple but the flavours of the pear and goat cheese with a hint of spice played together so well. And the arugula was so fresh and crisp.Great baked goods! The brownie was perfect - fudgy but not dense. The muffin was delicious with a rich flavour. And my latte was excellent too! I’ve never seen smoke flavoured syrup before and I thought it made the drink really interesting.Normally at any restaurant I won’t order a packaged drink when I could have something made in house, but I was really intrigued by the Ghia Cola, a non-alcoholic aperitif. It was like a very aromatic and less sweet version of a traditional cola. I found it a lot more interesting than traditional soda and liked it a lot.The staff was very nice both times I visited and the vibe was positive and social. It’s in the Banks Food Hall so there’s no real dedicated cafe space, but there’s plenty of seating in and outside the hall. The patio is especially nice for relaxing!
Coffee wasn’t good at all, was completely and utterly bitter. Chocolate chip cookie tasted like flour. I usually don’t stray away from iron bank downtown or starbucks and this was a reminder why.
