Honestly I’m not sure if it’s because it was Memorial Day or not but this was some of the worst food I’ve ever had. 45$ for me and my family came here and we barely ate our food. The grits were disgusting, absolutely no flavor. I had 2 bites of my fish and got very sick to my stomach. My waitress was very nice, so that’s the only plus side.

I was in Columbus for the day and came across this cool place, Black Cow, and was impressed with the food, prices and my waitress, April. She was attentive and did an excellent job. I had the meat loaf sandwich and the pineapple casserole and perfect sweet tea. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been here before. I really recommend the Country Fried Chicken. This time I tried their Salmon plate and it was great, but the service took a lot of time between the main entree to the dessert. My spouse and I were waiting for our banana pudding for about 30+ minutes after our lunch meal. The old school wooden theme atmosphere is very calm and nice place to dine in.

We were in the area for an event and needed a place to eat for.lunch. We had a great meal/experience at The Black Cow. The service was very accomodating. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip. Both the pita chips and dip were fantastic. We had burgers for lunch and they were also good. The Black Cow was exactly what we needed.

We arrived during the lunchtime rush. Our wait was about five minutes. We had the BLT dip as an appetizer followed by the steak tacos as our meal. Everything we had was absolutely delicious.

The pimento cheeseburger is my absolute favorite thing to eat right now. Not just this menu but my favorite overall thing to eat in life. It is just perfect. Replace the fries with pineapple casserole and you will know what a foodgasm feels like.

Really neat place and baby friendly. The food was good. They could not control the cold air so I suggest wearing a jacket inside. They have high chairs for babies and not the kind that they sit in that's held by the table.
