Poor customer service. I ordered the spinach dip. I tasted it. It was not good. My waitress said she could not give me a refund and sent the manager over. The manager asked what was wrong with it and I told him that it did not taste good. He said that they do not refund orders for that reason, that is their recipe. He offered to prepare it again, I said no. He then said that anyone could order something, eat part of it then send it back for a refund. The dip had barely been touched. It was obvious that was not what I was doing. He decided to give me 50% off that dish. Even with the discount, my total bill for 1 person was $46 (before tip). I will not be going back.

The sliders were TO DIE FOR. Drinks were good, beer was good, fried pickles GOOOD! The bar-top itself is huge with good seating but it’s really close to the wall so you kind of have to move out of the way when people pass bye but not a huge deal. The host was kind and showed us to the bar, the bartender was ok her personality was meh and wasn’t talkative but was attentive when asked for another drink. They have their own beer which my fiancé enjoyed trying 2, they also post the color of the beer next to the name on a huge menu screen so you know if it’s light or dark. We loved that feature. We 100% will be back for the food again, the location downtown is great as well we walked down to the riverfront afterwards.

Let me first start off by saying this was my favorite place to grab a burger.. So I was completely disappointed this Saturday.. A friend wanted to get out and have a few drinks.. So I suggested we go here.. I completely regretted that decision.. We ordered a sunflower martini.. And it tasted like watered down pineapple juice.. The manager Summers suggested that we buy a shot to put in it.. And I declined.. I was told we still had to buy drinks that we didn’t even consume.. They were left on the table.. Completely full… Because they were completely watered down.. I did pay for the two drinks.. And left disappointed.. Especially since I didn’t get my burger.. This was a bad experience that definitely made me not want to return.. But we did end up going down the road to a place called Agave bar and grill.. And the food and drinks were absolutely delicious..
