Raving Review for The Juicy Seafood!
Hands down one of the best seafood dining experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was phenomenal fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and portions. But what truly made the experience exceptional was our waitress, Renata. Her service was above and beyond she was incredibly attentive, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and carried herself with such warmth and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests.
I’m visiting from Florida, and I honestly wish we had a Juicy Seafood and a Renata back home. If you’re in the area, this place is a must visit. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

The service as far as door dashers pick up they are fast. And dashers comes first that's the way it should be. We all have to make a living and with restaurants having more expect for thrust in of us that has to be dashers. Would make there life's a bet easier too. Unlike the housekeeping dashers get looked at the same way and believe me there is not anyone rich or poor that's any better then the other just because of money.

My husband picked up $100 worth of food from this place today, March 3rd. EVERYTHING except the potatoes were over-cooked. We will certainly never visit this place again NOR recommend it to ANYONE! The one lobster tail he got in one of the combo meals was about the size of a childs' hand, the crab legs were small as well, and the crab legs that "looked" decent size had hardly no meat in them (if you could get it out!) I also cut my thumb twice while "attempting" to get into the small crab legs with no meat! I also take blood thinners due to heart failure and I was unable to even finish "trying" to eat my portion of one of the THREE combo meals he ordered due to bleeding through bandaids and how greasy everything was. I will be reporting to their corporate office, our local news station(s) and a well-known food critic that I know personally that posts reviews on social media platforms. The presentation was also poor with small portions and way too expensive for food that we were unable to eat/enjoy.

I was a regular at this establishment so to be treated how I was treated is absurd ‼️ first you put automatic gratuity on my check for a party that I was not a part of for a server that did not check on us not one time! This girl literally took our orders brought our food and we didn’t see her again until she was bringing checks. We got up to get our OWN drinks. I had to get up to get anything I needed because the server was a ghost. I asked for the gratuity to be removed and the shortest manager refused to remove it. REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. REFUSED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION so of course I’m heated at this point and don’t care to return. The manager yells at me as im walking out “all of this for $9” like $9 is a problem for me to spend when i come there and spend HUNDREDS‼️ its not about $9 it’s the principal ! And she would’ve known that if she had simply listened to a loyal customer. You rather lose hundreds over $9 actually when you chose not to even address the issue with your server ‼️ you didn’t care how I felt, all you cared about is money and I can’t support a business with a manager that will literally DISMISS everything I’m trying to say to her all because she has already been paid . Smh . Disgusted
This place is great!!! Food is phenomenal, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was fun! Just went tonight and we will be going back very soon!!!! Heck, I’d drive back from Nashville TN to eat there again!!

Second time here. Absolutely love the environment! I sat at the bar and had amazing service with stasha! She made sure I had everything I needed and continued to check in. Good service is hard to come by these days

I went out to eat with my coworkers not to long ago. I ate cheese sticks for an appetizer and by time my sides came out my stomach was hurting. Time went by and it started hurting even more. I went to the cash register to pay. Told them to hold on. Went in the bathroom and threw up. I let them know immediately. Instead of them asking me if I’m okay or letting me know I gotta clean it up, they chatter amongst themselves and talk about me. Then comes to the table saying idk who threw up but it needs to be cleaned. We waited a good minute and they never came out with the supplies so we walked out. We were taking pictures and they came out and said we couldn’t come back. They didn’t give me my change back until I asked for it and the lil gay boy (I have NOTHING AGAINST GAY PEOPLE) tried to argue with me and called me trifiling & nasty bc I didn’t want to clean up behind myself when that was NEVER the case. I had no issue cleaning it up. It’s just the way they went about it. I will be calling them in the morning and if it’s the same people working from last night, I’m going to call HR, management, whoever is over juicy seafood and they will be dealt with.

Went there last night I've always had a great time until now. We were seated at a table asked for a booth was told I had to ask my waitress do to areas. So we sat and waited for our waitress. They sit another table still waiting for our waitress. OK so next the host sits 2 people at the booth I asked about. Still I haven't seen my waitress. My bf can tell my Karen is ready to come out I'm trying to be nice but this isn't right I believe in 1st come 1st serve. So not only do these people get my booth but here's their waitress getting their order and mine still hasn't even spoke to me. That was my last strawer we got up and left. I did make sure I told the host my feelings about the night.

Hands down one of the best seafood dining experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was phenomenal fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
