Walked in Saturday night for a water … it was packed with people .. great atmosphere… go to the bar cause I just needed a water.. I’m waiting .. waiting .. the server lady is walking back n forth with a cell phone in her left hand and attempting to do everything else with the right.. I finally get her attention and I’m like I just need two waters to go. And she holds up her finger like one moment… all while continuing the phone conversation like she’s not at work .., so I started fussing with her to get off her phone and do her job, yes, I was intoxicated and I said a couple foul words .. but here she comes “threatening to beat my ssa” and I was removed from the store…
So first off you got your nasty, germ ridden phone all over your hands, passing out drinks and food to hundreds of people .. like COVID didn’t happen .. 🙄 health code violation at its finest…
Then you got the problem with you’d clearly rather sit on your phone than do your job.. we come to work to work… not sit on the phone and attempt to do it with one hand…
Third, now you have an aggressive and hostile employee… it would’ve been one thing if I threaten her in any manner… but I just kept it real and told home girl to get off the phone at work…
Do better yall… your service sucks

Came here tonight and received zero service. My husband and I put our food in at the kieosk and waited forever for our food, which apparently had been ready and sitting at the bar for who knows how long.
We stopped one of the waitresses to ask about our food, but she told us to hold on and then never came back.
When we asked the bartender about it we were told we needed to wait to hear our name but we never heard it. Also, we watched the waitresses walk around asking people if certain orders were theirs, but for some reason they didn't walk around to find us.
So we paid for cold food. Not happy.

Walked in didn't get greeted it took them 10 minutes before I got to order my drink and appetizers my friend came in ordered his drink then the waiter brought his drink and it was wrong I had to remind him of my drink then we ordered and they was out of what I ordered and the next item I ordered they was out so I ordered something else luckily they had it. They need to start by making sure they greet the customer and at least acknowledge the customer and let them know that they are seen and make sure they have what is on the menu or let the customer know what they are out of didn't check on us until they wanted to know how many checks. It's a bad way to start a place and don't have stuff and they need to work on service not sure I'll go back
