We had a wonderful VEGAN pita falafel. They did not have vegan tzatziki sauce, but we took it back to our rental and made our own. Friendly, proficient service and clean restrooms in a really cute corner of downtown. We visited our a weekend and parking was challenging, but that was to be expected. Would recommend

Horrible customer service that turned me away from ordering. Walked in to order the family meal (serves 4). The server was helpful until the manager said that is only available for online orders as it is "practically catering" and I cannot place that order. Nevermind the store and dining room was empty. Oddly, we could order 4 individual meals (not catering?). This place actually made it difficult for an eager customer (craving greek food too) to spend their money at their establishment, and ultimately turned the customer away. I've walked in and ordered the family meal multiple times at the Midland Simple Greek across town without issue. So frustrated, I doubt I'll ever frequent this establishment.

They were out of several items making our dining experience a real disappointment. We also noticed their lettuce was brown. They also had a slim choice of drinks. Again, a huge let down. We won't be eating here again.

I go to Simple Greek Downtown for the fries and the spinach pie?. They are my favorite treatAlways delicious, hot and fresh7 months ago I gave this restaurant 5 stars.Since those 7 months, I have had nothing but bad experiences. This last order took the cake. I ordered an order of Greek fries and a spinach pie in the app. On my way to get it, an associate called me and said they were out of fries, I said cool, what about the pie, she said it was ready. When I got there, I asked her how will I get my refund for the fries? She called a member of management, took my name and number, and said a manager would be in touch. Then she tells me, she sold the pie I ordered. I called 7 days later to do a follow up on my refund. Same thing, got my number, told me they would handle it and call me back. I called today, the associate was by herself, couldn't talk, and asked me to call back later. At this point, Simple Greek can keep those funds as a donation. I'm so disappointed in the way my situation was NOT handled.

Location was open at 3pm.That was nice, as the Vietnamese place I wanted to go to was closed. Probably the best plus, and the counter staff Sara did do the fries extra crispy when asked her to keep them in the fryer. At first it was quiet. We were the only customers there.Ordered the gyro. Unfortunately the meat is chopped for some reason not sliced. Worse yet, the meat was cold. Like unsafe cold. So cheers to bubble guts.My son enjoyed the juicy style drink, and the seasoned fries.I ate 1/4 of the gyro, and was glad I paid for a side of rice. That felt safe.Card transactions default to the social awkwardness of "tipping" for counter service. Employers should pay living wages, not guilt us into tipping.Within 3 minutes of sitting down two staff members came up with a boom box. So that started loud. The overhead speakers were playing at the same time, and a cacophony was happening. It was painful. I asked with a smile that they turn the overhead off as the overhead was doing a holiday song and they promptly did.Unfortunately once the overhead went off then came the blasting Mariah......I was nice when I mentioned that I didn't like holiday music. But the one at the boombox didn't hear me I'm sure, however it was loud, and painful, and my body was cringing.Given that we were the only customers there they should have picked up and turned it off. After 15 minutes I couldn't take it and we left.In general I'm pro labor. I support staff having a good time, and being relaxed. But we were there mid-day. The ONLY customers.Holiday music is traumatic to me. No way for them to have known that. The place we walked into, was not the same place once we had paid 32.00 and that boombox started. Would have been nice if they did headphones, or looked up to see how physically painful it was.Too bad.

Excellent! Met our family in Columbus, GA (some from ATL area & some from FL) & came in for late lunch/ early dinner. Staff was so friendly & food was deliciously fresh! Generous portions! Amazing sauces / dressings! Will recommend to everyone & we’ll be back!

I will not return here. I was charged for double meat because I asked if the half scoop of meat was all I was going to be served. I was also charged a 30% gratuity when I selected 10%. I would not return simply because of the service, but being ripped off ensures I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Food was barely edible. Run of the mill. Lacking flavor and authenticityGood Greek food can not be assembly lined like Chipotle. If more attention was paid to that aspect instead of asthetics then it would have been worth the trip. No return for our

Customer service was very poor. The cashier was disconnected from her job that she could not answer questions about the food items on the menu.
