Absolutely no reason for apartments on a separate street to be able to hear whatever lame music you are playing. Just a loud, obnoxious venue that has nothing to offer downtown. Spend your money somewhere else.

Its loud with people chatting, bartenders were Awesome and know how to fix a drink, music was very low ,I myself don't feel comfortable in a place where you have to yell to your friends for that conversation ,but we left early because we wanted to dance and hear the music but it wasn't going to happen until the weekend sDrinks are reasonable $,I might come back? It depends my mood???
I used to love this place and was a regular in 2016, however the new management does not care about the safety of patrons. Multiple people, myself included, have been groped or inappropriately touched while here and the security refuses to kick out the gropers. Saying we know them or “asked for it” somehow. If the problem escalates and they need to kick someone out, they will kick out EVERYONE involved.

Plenty of outdoor seating. They had special 2 dollar drinks last night. They have karaoke and sometimes live music. Overall a place worth coming to!

Never had a bad time here!! The staff is so friendly, engaging, and welcoming. This place is unique and definitely a staple to downtown Columbus. Great drinks too! Cheers to the Tap, and all who drink with her!

I’d give 0/5 stars if possible, because one star is too many after my experience there last night. I've brought my well-behaved dog in on weeknights multiple times. Everyone (bartenders, security, other patrons) loves him and he's never even come close to causing a problem. Tonight I tried to bring him in and while we were in the doorway an unleashed dog ran up to him and started trying to bite him. Even though he handled himself very well we weren't allowed to come in. And the guy at the door was rude and has no business working around people. I didn't even see him make the owner of the ankle biter leave.
