If I can do zero stars I would.Coming from Buffalo New York where WINGS WERE CREATED these were the WORST wings I’ve ever had.I had better chances eating cardboard.sigh Wingstop it is

I had an Uber order from here. The wings were soooooo dry!! They had a sprinkle of lemon pepper if that on them. I literally had to drown them in ranch to be edible. They were also cold when they arrived. Definitely won't be ordering again.

I placed an order with DoorDash. I am 5 miles or less away. The ranch wings would have been delicious if they were not cold and the fries were very much old. This probably would’ve been a 10/10 if the food was fresh.

Received order via Uber delivery. Delivery was picked up less than 7 min ago. Why is the food cold. Literally cold. The food was not made fresh to order.

THE WINGS ARE SO GOOD

Horrible Experience! Called first because I had a question about a special deal I saw on the website. Smokey Bones could not answer the question because they said it was a "virtual restaurant" and they don't really know how it works. Proceeded to place the online order, but never received an order confirmation. After 30 minutes, I called Smokey Bones again and they said they had no record of the order, even though $35 was taken from my debit card. I asked them to cancel the order and issue the refund. I then used the Contact Us form on their website to request the refund... twice. And still nothing, no response or anything!

The yelp reviews are bad but despite what those idiots say - i love this place. i mainly uber eats it. my only complaint is that they were out of the pretzels but they gave me free cheesecake in return so all in all this place is smackin 10/10 food too

Whitney at the bar took such amazing care of us!! If you visit Smokey Bones in Columbus and sit at the bar, ask for Whitney!! She will take great care of you!

Smokey bones calls it’s wings a different company name so you don’t know it’s Smokey bones when they steal your money, don’t give you your order, do nothing to make it right

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was a great choice. I ordered me 12 strawberry bbq and honey bbq wings with fries and a sweet tea. The wings were so good! I really love how they didn’t over sauced them or under sauce them. Added the perfect amount of sauce to each wing and I was more than satisfied. Will be ordering again!

I personally like the wings. The cook did a good job perfecting his work on them wings. No complaints from me.

Tried them for the first time last night. Placed an online order for curbside. 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready I call and they said the food was ready so I go in and get it bc maybe they were too busy to bring it out. Upon getting home I realized I didn't have the drink I ordered. The wings were really good (I ordered j*** and Cajun), but the fries were really soggy. I'll order the wings again and skip the fries.

I ordered from here the first time was great. The second time horrible fries soggy no flavor on the wings at all.
