The food was great, but the bread that looked rolls were all black and burned. I prefer cornbread but didn't see any. The restaurant needs some fixing up to make it nice to sit and eat. I was getting mine to go because one of the dinners was for my sister. Everyone was very helpful and sweet.

Food was really good. I had the fried chicken, dressing w/ gravy and cranberry sauce, and Mac and cheese. Meal came with a drink and I had a Dr. Pepper. The chicken had been sitting for a minute but was still pretty good. Seasoned well and the outside still had a crunch. Loved the Mac and cheese and dressing! Service is always friendly and fast.

The service was definitely a southern feel. A city staple, long lines but quick service. The dressing is a must get!

We were in Eufaula visiting family and we decided to have lunch here. There could not have been a better place to find. While the food was absolutely amazing the service was so much better. Our server Krystle was amazing and I will without a doubt, eat here every time I am in town to visit family! Thank you for a great experience!

If you want the definition of amazing customer service and food that matches, this is the place! Every person that walked in the door was treated like family. They have famous ribs and house sauce that I couldn't get enough of. I'll be eating here everytime I come back to Eufaula.

I’m from the old school and I don’t like jiffy mix dressing or cornbread! That is not how dressing or cornbread was originated long ago by our ancestors! I know these young folks like it that and I know to each its own! I wish they would make it without sugar for us old school people. Otherwise everything else I loved?!

First time here! Delicious southern food! So excited to find oxtails here. A bit pricey...oxtail plate you see was $21 and the chicken/fish plate was $12.99 but again the food was good! Plates came with a drink as well. Would recommend trying this place if you want some good southern food!

Please everyone who works in Uptown and Midtown, go to Thelma's for lunch. It's good country cooking. I had fried fish and fried chicken! Couldn't choose just one. Delicious! Let's keep them open they are a keeper. Clean and courteous too.

Oh my goodness, what a treat for this little Idaho gal - live music, customers who got up and joined in singing and some of the best southern cooking I've experienced!! The staff was pleasant, welcoming and entertaining. The ribs were so smoky with a mustard sauce, oh, so good. The fish was seasoned just perfectly, the sweet potatoes, heavenly. I've never had stuffing like that before, but I must try it again!! Haven't tried the caramel cake or the banana pudding because the servings were so generous... have to settle for a while! Cannot recommend enough - so glad we decided to stop there!

First time to eat here and I will be back with my wife next time. I had the Mac&cheese black eyed peas. Both was a 5. Fried chicken was seasoned so well and crispy. I will have to wait to judge the ribs because I was there before noon and these ribs had to be leftover from the day before. Other than that, yes come try it.

If you want to experience real Southern hospitality, this is the place to go. And the food is delicious. We were greeted by 3 different people as soon as we walked in. And when I didn't understand something about the buffet, it was patiently explained. We loved this place for the people and the meal; if we lived in Columbus, this would be a regular dining place for us.
