The food is absolutely vile. Couldn't even keep it down. A specialty coffee tastes like something you make at home. Service is good but do NOT waste your money here. 10.49 for a coffee, hashbrown, and biscuit just for it to end up puked on the side of the road. Not to mention their pathetic excuse for a donut. The food is bland and powdery and somehow wet and dry at the same time.

The reason for a three star instead of five is two days in a row I got a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. I asked can you heat it up they said no sir. Why do you have a coffee shop that has no way to have hot coffee. We can brew a fresh pot. Who wants to wait an additional five minutes on a short break from work.

Please that afternoon manager lady who is her name( short hair older lady) I don’t know. MR Tim Horton! !! you need to fire her as soon as possible. She’s terrible . I m tried tell you omg this lady soooooo rude and no kind. I promise you whenever she’s gone your business way better income . Believe me . If you not listen that’s your fault.

The staff here is phenomenal thank you Ms with short hair, cash register host and gentlemen with hand tattoos. We had a uber issue and they treated us with kindness 😔 I hate asking for support but it was an uber issue. MERRY CHRISTMAS TIM HORTON'S EE LOVE YOU and the ice coffee was excellent 👍

I stop here whenever I’m in town and without fail the staff is the nicest I have ever encountered at coffee shop. I wish there was a Tim’s near me. Mike served me this morning and was awesome!

My wife and me went on n to the store and waited behind a gentleman. He got a call and moved over and told us to go. We waited and all the people that worked there did was wait on people in the drive thur. we turned around to leave and go to Kripy Kream and the gentleman laughed and said he had been waiting forever too.

Up until today, it was five star every thing. The service was absolutely incredible. However, today, I ordered the same thing I always have orange pekoe tea with cream and sugar, tea bag out, when I saw the tea bag today at 2pm on 11/19 I asked the younger gentleman to take the tea bag out, he rolled his eyes but went in to do it, and a person name Kim started arguing with me about its “only gonna be cream and sugar.” She apparently doesn’t know anything about hot tea. A few “dunks” and it would be a lightly seeped tea. She also had a hard time with understanding “cream and sugar” and asked what kind of milk do I want. I said cream and sugar like I usually order and she irritably replied “I guess I will just use cream and sugar.” Well, that’s all I asked. On previous occasions the staff was beyond five star but still my expectations were to just have knowledge of what lightly steeped tea is and to know what cream is. I was very surprised with how hostile it became. Please train your staff Tim Hortons. Prior to today there was amazing staff who knew their menu and basic food knowledge AND customer service. I don’t think I want to go there again and get yelled at.

Worst experience I've ever had at a drive through. A fraudulent charge was made on my debit card by a staff member, causing me to cancel and replace my debit card. Which was a nightmare!

I filed a complaint with their corporate office and have yet to hear from them! Sad!! I will never go back to them for service.
