Worst experience I've ever had at a drive through. A fraudulent charge was made on my debit card by a staff member, causing me to cancel and replace my debit card. Which was a nightmare!
I filed a complaint with their corporate office and have yet to hear from them! Sad!! I will never go back to them for service.

This place does not even deserve a star.I go in the lady.Kim argues with me about what your sign says on the And then keeps arguing with me.Then, when you ask her about the product, she doesn't know anything about what she's doing there.In my opinion, I wouldn't waste the money at this place at all.My experience is big fat zero and then don't even have everything that they're offering until you oh, we are.We're half out of it.But you can still pay full price for the drink.I think not and the only reason why I put one star is because I had to. And if this is how businesses ran Mr. Horton, you need to re-evaluate your employees.

Just visited and the 2 young ladies were very sweet and amazing my wife did not like her drink so they helped her remake it to what she needed and we left laughing. Keep the amazing work up!!

The assistant manager was SO RUDE AND DISGUSTING. I opened my bag of donuts after pulling off from the drive through, and a literal ROACH crawled out. I went back inside to inform the assistant manager about what I experienced, and he just shrugged and walked away and started assisting the next customer. NEVER coming back here again!!!!

Not the same Tim Horton from Canada. Food and coffee quality is not to be compared with Canadian counterpart and quality of service is damaging the Canadian brand -

I've gone here a good bit. I almost always get the same thing. Usually it's fine but occasionally there are mistakes. Today I got my croissant breakfast sandwich and it was missing the top half which is just not acceptable. I've had a few minor issues here and there but this one really got to me.
