1st timer. Made my order to go at 7:57 p.m. shrimp tacos. Cashier told me it'd be 10 minutes they would call me. stood outsixe resteraunt. 20 minutes later went in to ask about food. Apparently it been sitting there on the counter for a while. Got my cold food then had to come back in and ask for napkins. Not impressed whatsoever

This Is a nice restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. That have pizza and Italian style food. With a nice bar in the middle of the restaurant. Also they have about 30 draft beers you can sample and drink with a wristband
The food was ok but the service not great. You order first then sit down. If you need anything at all as far as refill, utensils, napkins you have to get up and get it yourself. Then after you order youâre asked to tip after doing literally everything yourself. Annoying.

Who , what, and why am I tipping? You order like itâs a fast food joint. Itâs dark and gloomy in there the bartender isnât worth a crap unless youâre drunk and getting service at the bar. Very rude when I asked about them having Diet behind the bar since the fountain was out of order. Which is another issue paid for a drink not knowing what product they have and whatâs available. (Side note: manager was accommodating the reason for a 3 and not a 2 star). The food was bland tzatziki sauce had no flavor, dill fries didnât taste like dill or anything besides cardboard, creamy Mac only had flavor because of the bbq sauce. Idk what else to say this place is mid at best. But since itâs in MIDland and itâs convenient it is and will be over hyped.

I visited recently and had the pleasure of Shy assisting my family during our visit. She was very sweet and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times and we could tell she was doing the same with other tables. The overall experience was amazing.
We called and asked about the gluten free items if they were cooked separately and was told yes. We get there and the lady taking our order said no it's not cooked separately. We were very disappointed because a coworker couldn't eat and we planned a department luncheon there based on being told that Gluten free is prepared separately. People don't understand that Gluten free foods are prepared separately in order to be considered Gluten free on a menu. Then I ordered something that the menu online has and was told they don't have it but another one of their restaurants does. Menu needs to be updated then. Don't call and ask questions because they lied to get our money.

So Iâm only going to rate them a 4 because I ordered one slice of Pizza they took 25 mins to get it to me. Other people came in and ordered behind me and got their food. The only thing that saved them from a terrible review was the pizza. It had a lot of flavor and was fresh and hot. The girl at the front on 8/5/25 around 1230pm has a very nonchalant attitude. Not really welcoming to customers, but super bubbly to people she knows personally. Not good for business. Also, prices are a bit steep. I paid 6.75 for 1 slice of pizza. Thatâs crazyyy! I may change my mind but as of now I wonât be returning.

We have been eating at Tommy Gâs multiple times a week for many months. Delicious food, typically friendly service. Had an issue tonight that was completely mishandled by management, which led to upset loyal customers and wasted food when we had to leave as our food was being brought out. Asked manager, Ben Diquattro for the ownerâs info and all he would tell me is âTommy.â Very frustrating experience.

We ate lunch the other day here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised! đ©· You walk in and place your order and then find a place to sit. I ordered the creamy Mac & Cheese and omg!! It had grilled chicken in it and bacon with green onions and bbq sauce comes on it but I got it on the side. My momâs Korean bbq flavored wings were great and my daughter LOVED her smash cheeseburger!! The I didnât love the bbq sauce so I ate the Mac & cheese without it but if you did buffalo or ranch it would probably be great too! We will be back for sure!1 especially seeing their wall of beer and wine that is self-serve!
