I am convinced Trevioli Italian Kitchen is auditioning for Kitchen Nightmares. Trevioli Italian Kitchen is HORRIBLE. If you insist on eating, just consider whatever you pay as a donation. This is a halfway house for restaurants. This place embarrassed me infront of myself. Trevioli Italian Kitchen is a twilight zone. The food, staff, and management is terrible. The food was so bad, I could not bring myself to take pictures. The manager garnishes the food with cheese without asking. Everything was disgusting from the bread to the appetizers to the main dish. The long wait to be seated with several empty tables was my warning. Everything just kept getting worse. THROW THE ENTIRE RESTUARANT AWAY!!! Unfortunately they have turned off the option to leave GOOGLE REVIEWS.
During our visit to Columbus, my husband and I decided to treat our son and daughter-in-law to a special evening out for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, our dining experience at Treviolis was deeply disappointing. We were seated 45 minutes late, but were offered a complimentary glass of Rosé, which we appreciated. An hour later, we received a nice appetizer, and for a moment, we felt hopeful. However, that hope quickly faded when the next course arrived—a Caesar salad served without dressing. This was just the beginning of our disappointment. After another long wait, the main course was served: a single bite of steak placed on a saucer. Yes, a saucer. One member of our party had ordered ravioli and was given just two pieces—yes, two. The final blow came with the cheesecake bites, which amounted to three flat bites the size of a quarter. To even taste them, you would need to put all three in your mouth at once. The total for the evening came to $412.99, and that was without any alcohol. As a former restaurateur, I understand the challenges that can occur in this industry, but this experience was unacceptable. It felt like robbery. I urge future diners to proceed with caution.
We arrived at 7:15 for our 7:30 dinner reservation only to be told there was a 30 minute hold due to the kitchen being back up. We were offered a complimentary glass of wine for the wait. We were finally seated around 8:00 where we then waited another 45 min to an hour for the first course to arrive. There was a special menu being served for Valentine’s advertised at $160 per couple. The scallops and cheese board were the best part of the entire meal. We got our salad with little to no salad dressing and then waited another 45 minutes to get our “main course” which was a piece of filet approximately the size of a scallop and 3 asparagus wrapped in bacon served on a saucer and 2 pieces of ravioli. Not to mention the fish my mother in law ordered was not cooked. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the final course came which was 3 cheesecake bites the size of a quarter. For our party of 4 we payed $412 due to gratuities already being added. The price we paid for the food we received last night was a total rip off. I was embarrassed that I had recommended our family to dine there for Valentine’s Day.
Great food and wonderful service
Took my wife and daughters out tonight.
The ambiance was delightful.
Service was great.
Food was exquisite.
Even the general manager stopped by our table to make sure we were well taken care of due to my daughters Gluten allergies and personally made sure that our food was Prepared properly.
Took my wife to the river walk afterwards to walk off all these calories. Overall very satisfied!

Last night we had the most amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, making every detail of the evening perfect. We truly enjoyed dining in the private room with our close friends and family.
A special shoutout to Antoinette, who truly made our night unforgettable. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and incredible service are unmatched. She is such an asset to this restaurant, and we can't wait to come back and see her again!
Oh, and the food? Absolutely phenomenal—every bite was soooooooo good. If you're looking for a place with amazing food and an even better team, this is it!

Beautiful location. Service was extremely slow, drinks didn't come until appetizers did. I would not recommend the spinich dip as it was cold. The chicken parm was fabulous and the risotto was good (a bit too much garlic).

For the price I was truly disappointed in the meal I had. Salad was ok, though they forgot the dressing. The steak was disappointing. Honestly they could have fried that dinky portion of fingerling potatoes in butter instead of duck fat and I think they would have tasted better.

The scallops are fake. Not real scallops and only 3 small ones served with the plate. Had to send back the chicken pasta dish. Tough chicken with barely half cooked noodles. The pizza also was poor. The crust appears to now be a frozen pre-made crust. You're better off buying a grocery store frozen pizza than this. The only thing that was good was the pumpkin chessecake and gingerbread creme brule. We won't be back.

Waitress was very sassy, got mad when she brought us to go boxes she got mad but no one even needed one? Hellur what's that about. Her response was "didn't i just ask" when we said we didn't need a box. That just seems a bit rude. Plus my ceasar salad tasted like mayonnaise, and the lettuce was bitter ugh disgust, definitely not worth $60😡 .. i wish i could take away the 20% gratuity charge. Very nasty people and food will not come again. Also I think the salami has listeria. 🙄🙄

Atmosphere is amazing. The service could be better provided by anyone who has worked at Chick-fil-a, ever. The food was bland, overpriced and not at all even close to worth the price offered. A waste of time - you are better off hitting Mabella's or Olive Garden. No sides are offered with any meal to include salads. The bread "service" is whatever was baked at 9am and complimented with oil and pickled garlic. You work too hard to waste your money here.
