“I don’t know what’s going on with this tropical smoothie location but I put an order for pick up on the app for around 7:15 am. According to the website and information, they are suppose to be open at 7 am. However, when I arrive, they are still closed and no one is there and it is passed 7:40 am. I’m really annoyed because I was looking forward to the breakfast order before a long day at work. Now I just want my refund.
Edit: got a call from tropical smoothie and they apologized and is processing a refund straight back to my payment. And they offered a free meal. I really appreciate it and the steps and effort of having a better customer service.“
“The açaí bowl I received didn’t seem to be fully prepared - the açaí was like a frozen brick. I think the staff missed a step or they need to improve the quality. Besides that, the atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were friendly.“
