Doordashed an order bc I was at work. It was deleveried completely WRONG!!! I ordered a tropical blueberry smoothie and the Buffalo chicken wrap and chips. I received a bowl and a smoothie with collagen. They blamed it on the doordasher bc he didn't pay ATTN to look at the order and wouldn't reorder my order nor offer me a refund, but asked me if I could drive back and bring back the food that was wrong and the manager didn't even speak to me. The employee did. Ridiculous!

I ordered my food online and when I got there they tired to say my order didn’t come thru when it took my money off the card. The purpose of pickup and go I end up waiting a whole 20 mins for my food causing me to be late .

I put in a mobile order, but it took them 10 minutes after the pickup time to finally give me my smoothie. I recommend the other TSC in Midland Commons. This one takes too long.
Edit: They ended up giving my drink to someone else.

Arrived to order my usual sandwich and smoothie at this cafe. First off, there was nobody at the register to take my order until I had to walk up to the register myself to get their attention. Secondly, When I received my smoothie, it was watery. Out of all my visits to this specific restaurant, my smoothie has never been this liquidy, almost like water. Furthermore, when I received my sandwich and chips, the food was cold and not sliced in half as per usual. I did not enjoy my visit today at all :(

I’m just wondering, when are they hiring a new crew & when will these particular employees are going to find a different job? because every time I come in there, they have such a poor attitude as if they don’t want to work & deal with customers. I called yesterday evening to check and see if they were open on Memorial Day. She was very Dry and dismissive, and quickly hung up the phone on me. I refuse to go all the way out there and waste my gas for poor energy. I’m writing review because this is not my first time experiencing their bad attitudes. I don’t know what’s going on with this tropical smoothie location but I put an order for pick up on the app for around 7:15 am. According to the website and information, they are suppose to be open at 7 am. However, when I arrive, they are still closed and no one is there and it is passed 7:40 am. I’m really annoyed because I was looking forward to the breakfast order before a long day at work. Now I just want my refund.
Edit: got a call from tropical smoothie and they apologized and is processing a refund straight back to my payment. And they offered a free meal. I really appreciate it and the steps and effort of having a better customer service.
