The girl taking my order didn’t say hello or anything. She just stared at me. Can we not speak? I’m not spending my money if I’m just going to get stared at lmao. Last time I came in here (years ago) the manager was literally swearing at underaged employees and completely cussing them out. Today’s experience just reminded me why I never come here…

Absolutely the worse customer service that ive experienced in a longgg time. A bunch of kids at the counter who apparently have no home training. Rude everytime I go there. Well this is the last time. I keep hearing the Midland is 100% better. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money....

Placed an online order on the website on 7/7/25, but accidentally chose this location instead of the new one. Called to cancel and was told that they don’t do refunds. Asked for a manager, manager wasn’t available. Was told they would leave my contact info for the manager, never heard back. Called again, no manager available again. Over a month later, still no refund!!!

I greeted the employee and she didn't return the greeting or ask what we would like. We asked for a Banna and Chocolate kids smoothie and she said they were out of Chocolate which is either a lie or a result of a bad management. The lady lacked common curiosity and didn't greet the next customer either. I went to another Tropical Smoothie immediately after this and received the same disrespectful service but they did have the smoothie. I recommend Tropical Smoothie retrain employees and force them to greet a customer instead of starring at them like they are interrupting thier cell phone play time.

Smoothie was chunky and was not blended right . It didn’t even taste like the smoothie I ordered . My quesadilla was also made wrong . If anything go to the one in Midland that one is 10x better .

My issue with this particular Tropical Smoothie Cafe is that when using a credit card, they automatically add on a 15% tip. In my opinion, it's thievery. I don't mind giving a tip when I feel led to do so. It almost gives a feeling of arrogance. -JUST A WARNING-
