This place needs to hire more cashier's. Waited 10 minutes with no one taking my order I finally ordered off the app and waited just a few minutes. The lobby was full with customers waiting on food some had been there over 30 minutes

I usually come here all the time before and after work and everything is fine. I came in today it’s Saturday they say they open at 8am I put in a order ahead that says it would be ready by 8:11am I get here at about 8:15am no one is here…doors are locked and open sign is off and the money is also taken from my account. It still says on the door that they open at 8am so I have no understanding to why no one is here but I was very late to work waiting on someone to come service me and no one still came. Time should be changed to not inconvenience customers day !

Placed a mobile order for breakfast and got there around 8:25am when hours of operations said they are open at 8am. Store was closed. What an inconvenience. Placing the order and getting there and no one is there. I couldn’t even cancel my order on the app. Called and called the store and no answer. Called 30 minutes later and someone answered and she said they were late opening the store. Get better employees. Employees who are reliable and on time.

These pass 3 week been in the one in Columbus ga on whittlesly at least 5 times....1 time yesterday and each time my acai bowl was wrong smh. This one is missing granola and honey...They cost to much to be messing up. Just tried to call and no answer need a discount or a freebie on my next bowl .

This place use to be great but now no one is ever there in the mornings. They are suppose to open at 0700 and sometimes when we come at 0815-0830 the store is still closed. I can't wait for the Midland location to open up.

It used to be a great place, but has really declined recently. My last 2 food orders have been prepared incorrectly and the overall quality of the food items has seemed decrease while the cost has increased. My hope is that management will take notice of all the negative feedback provided by customers and make genuine efforts to improve quality and customer experience.

This store is the worse!!! They are never open at 7 as the hours state. I'm sitting here at 7:03 and it's pitch black. There is one employee sitting outside waiting for someone to come and open up. If you don't have the appropriate amount of staff to cover shifts, then shut down!!!

This morning at 7:28am I ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap through the app. The app confirmed my order and told me to pick up from the store at 7:38am. After dropping off my daughter at school, I went to this tropical smoothie location to find that they was CLOSED!! So that means I didn’t get what I ordered and I have called several times to get my money back and NO ONE is answering the phone and the mailbox is full. ?
