Today was the Saturday to check out the food trucks at Bluebelle Mercantile. I had the Jerk Salmon Tacos w/ everything and spicy ranch sauce. I must say they were very delicious! They definitely have a kick to ‘em! I would definitely recommend this food truck and will be back to try other menu options. ?????

My wife and I found this just by searching the web. We're visiting from Florida and I will say it's worth stopping by. Very nice people and professional. The food taste amazing and people who aren't vegetarian or vegan can enjoy. My wife had a seafood quesadilla and she loved it!!!

The young lady who served me was very kind. She even suggested the type of food that was good and popular. However, she was courteous enough to say that it was my decision.I ended up trying the vegan nachos and it is soooo delicious.
Vegetarian options: It looks just like the regular nachos but it was made with vegan ingredients. I love, love, love it.

Best tacos hands down??????me and my friends had their food at a food truck event and we’ve been coming back ever since!!! Everything is amazing!!! I finally caught their pineapple bowl. Ate it up in minutes, it was so good lol they are also the sweetest ppl, they always take good care of us!!! You gotta try them!!!
