Donuts hit the spot! Better than any chain donuts! Go early if you want to try the apple donuts or if you want a big selection! The glazed donuts were still really good! We love the atmosphere! The guys working there were really nice and helpful!
This place is nostalgic to many of us and my family has always been team Veri Best! Their style of donut is my personal favorite. It lands somewhere between cake and your traditional airy donuts. Its got real bite to them as well as size, these things are huge!

Someone needs to tell the young man who waited in me that an apple fritter is NOT an Applebest. I asked specifically if they had apple fritters and he responded that they did, then he proceeded to give me 6 Applebests. I didn't see what he was putting in the box and I didn't check the box right away, so that part is my fault. Applebests are nothing at all like apple fritters and don't have anything to do with apples at all. They are fried dough rectangles that are glazed. Mine was inedible, btw.

These are my most favorite donuts in town!!! Always fresh and tasty without being too sweet. I love that the filled donuts actually have a good amount of filling. In fact, I'm going to get some Lemon filled right now! 🥰
The best donuts I have ever had. I was so sad when they closed, but was so excited when they open up. I love everything they sell, but my favorites are the cinnamon rolls and Twist, guess because it's more of it. My only regret is they close early and run out of the cinnamon roll and twist.

Loved the Veri Best Donuts since they were right off of  Talbotton Road and 27th St. and Cusseta Road before it was on Macon Rd 🍩 then downtown 💕 They are the best donuts around ❤️(aunt hip)
