What can I say? Great experience all around! The two cooks were fast and efficient, and our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The service was friendly and everything moved quickly even though it was busy. We enjoyed every minute of our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Great and great. We stopped coming months back and stopped in again and the improvement was astounding I’m impressed with Kimberly and how she had everything we needed when we needed it, she was an absolute fantastic server! The manager walked to every table and he had a great conversation with us and made sure we were comfortable. This is the Waffle House I will be coming to from here on out.

The best part about our dine in experience was that I enjoyed the music being played and it wasn’t blaring over messed up speakers like at most WH. We were sat quickly because the people at our table left because no one took their order in a timely manner. We saw 2 other tables leave for the same reason. Our hostess was very friendly and greeted us quickly. Our order was taken promptly and our server Hannah was very friendly. The experience went downhill from here.
There were 8 people working behind the counter and it still took almost 30 minutes to get our breakfast. My pecan waffle was too cold to melt the margarine. My bacon was warm because it was burnt to a crisp. My companions biscuits and gravy were warm because the biscuits were burnt. This was probably because they were so flat that they cooked too quickly.
We had plenty of time to watch the people prepare the food and it seemed that each had only 2 foods to cook. The man cooking the bacon and sausage seemed to be burning both. Another had eggs and hashbrowns, but we didn’t eat either. I never saw the waffle cook, but I’m guessing they are low in waffle makers because I saw a family who ordered three only got two at first and the third came about 10 minutes later.
The fastest process was when we paid. I told my grandson he could sit down because I thought it would be a minute but out bill was paid before he reached a seat.
Needless to say, we won’t be back, and that’s a shame because I live less than a mile from the restaurant. My friend suggested that maybe this was a training site. That is a possibility a d maybe this was everyone’s first day.

Used to be my fav waffle house but the last 3 times (yes 3) I’ve went, there have been shells in my scrambled eggs. Unacceptable. Have to avoid this location from now on. Shame, great staff.

DJ, Ridge, and the chef were in sync perfectly. In spite of having a lot of customers at once, I felt well taken care of, and the food was hot and delicious. Each time I go I always leave full and happy. This is a good place because of a great team.

Very rude to people who order to go meals. The restaurant was empty and they got upset because to go person seat at the bar to wait on their food. They want 20% for to go order then they need to treat them better.
Literally disgusting. I’ve never had Waffle House that terrible before. Couldn’t even eat it.

We were ignored as soon as we came in. No recognition at all. We asked if we can sit down and then we waited on a dirty table with dishes (not one free table was cleaned). Multiple people came in after us and were greeted, placed, table was cleaned and orders were taken while we were still waiting. We decided to leave.
