My waitress did not understand my request for a extra crispy waffle. Was too busy to check on me more than once. Had a spill that stayed on my table till I left. I had to ask another waitress for a second Togo container and bag.
The thing that annoyed me when visiting was not a word being said to me when I walked in. Several people up front and no one was taking names or keeping track of the wait line. After ten minutes I walked to the cook line and asked them who was in front of me and how long the wait would be. They looked at me dumbfounded and said “Uh IDK I think those people where here and we have a few to go orders.” If it was at this point that I had to clarify with her, I was in fact here before “those people”.Waffle House get your act together. It's 2024 and you can't properly seat people or queue them for service?

When I say I have never been to a Waffle House that has 4 stars. The staff was amazing the food was delicious Nicole was very nice and professional so sweet. I came down from Atlanta and I wish we had a good nice Waffle House. I will be back to this location.

I ordered online and the total being $21.98. WAS NOT WORTH IT! I ordered a patty melt with double hash browns topped with chilli, onions, jalapeño, & cheese. & a chocolate chip waffle. The hash browns were barely cooked & they forgot the cheese & onions and it only had like 2 jalapeños (mind you, each topping is an extra $0.65). The waffle also was not cooked thoroughly, it still had some batter. The service was just okay, but for my food to have been sitting on the counter as if it was “ready” someone should’ve looked and made sure the order was correct. So I decided not to leave a tip on the app because I wanted to in person…and im so glad I didn’t. I guess it’s true what they say, you have to go to the hood for some good food. I won’t be returning.

Had breakfast here this morning and it was delicious!! You can't beat a Waffle house breakfast!! The ladies who were working this morning made this place extra special. I laughed the entire time I was there!! Definitely one of the best in terms of service and atmosphere!! Loved every minute of being there!!

Unbelievable ... this was probably the best WH experience I've ever had. WHs in general can be a crap shoot. Some are horrific, some are pretty good. This one surpassed every expectation I had. Food, bravo. Service, awesome, and my server seemed to actually enjoy her job. The chef was a quite talented young man. I visited at about 7:00 on a Friday evening and there were only three other customers present. The store was sparkling clean. I left amazed at the experience I had.
